A One & Two bed flat in superb location for Sightseeing, Shopping & Restaurants

There are 2 flats one with One bedroom & the other with Two bed & 2 bathrooms, in a Private mews in the heart of Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Chelsea with a parking facility on request. This is one of the most exclusive areas in the world !

PLEASE NOTE :: that there is a calendar for each flat….the 1 bedder is busier as it has been on the market for a few years ….I have only just put the new 2 bedder on the market so this is very available !

ONE BEDROOM FLAT

The 1 bedroom flat of approx 55sq metres is on the ground floor with a sitting room and dining room, a double bedroom, a kitchen and a bath/shower room. The flat can accommodate 2-5 people as there is a sofa/couch which can be used either as a double or 2 singles to suit you with also the option for an Air bed or Cot for a possible 5th person.

There is a king size bed (150cms wide)in the bedroom with plenty of hanging and storage space. The flat comes with Eygptian Linen & towelling and a well equiped Kitchen should you decide to eat in !

There is a bath with a walk in showering facility as well.

The kitchen is well equiped with a microwave, washer/dryer machine, a dishwasher and cooking utensils.

For more than 2 guests there is an additional charge of £20 per person per night which includes all linen & towelling

There is Internet/Wifi connection and cable TV all included in the price.

2 or 3 night stays will be considered if they coincide with an arrivals or departure date !

Final Clean charge of £60-80 depending upon whether your 2-5 including linen & towelling.

We can also arrange transfers to & from the airports with key handover coordinated

PLEASE NOTE-There have been 2 reviews recently highlighting the noise from the flat above...this has coincided with young children staying but as a remedy we will be laying carpet down.....we have had over 40 guest visits and no one has complained of the noise before so it should not affect your overall comfort.

TWO BEDROOMS & TWO BATHROOM FLAT

The second flat based on the first floor is a spacious 2 Bed flat of approx 100 sq m The maisonette is over the first & second floors. The main bedroom has a king size bed (150cms wide) with plenty of storage and hanging space and an ensuite bathroom which has a bath and walk in shower. The sitting room with dining facilities has a Sofa/couch which can provide additional sleeping facilities and is very comfortablel as a double or 2 singles to suit you.The Flat has everything you would want including Eygptian Linen & towelling and a well equiped Kitchen should you decide to eat in ! The kitchen is well equiped with a Washing & a Drying machine, a dishwasher and cooking utensils

There is also a 2nd bedroom with a double bed (135cms wide) also with an ensuite bath/shower room

Museums, City attractions and the lovely Hyde Park are all very close by as well as Buckingham Palace ….We are almost Neighbours !!

comfortable, clean and location, location...

A comfortable place starting with the airport pickup (highly recommended) and for us the location was perfect. Three tube stations within walking distance. Close by Waitrose Supermarket for all essentials including flowers and wine. Several good restaurants and bars: check out the Rib Room and The Star Pub.

Excellent service from our host. A small glitch with the Wifi upon checking in was immediately and quickly fixed.

This apartment would definitely be our ¨home¨in London for future visits. Many thanks to Simon and staff.

Clean, well located and quiet. Easy owner to deal with.

We loved the apartment. It was clean and comfortable and in a great location for getting around. They even had umbrellas! Wifi worked well. TV worked well. Kitchen was funtional (we cooked a lot) but could use a good sharp knife. Simon arranged our pickup and return to the airport with his staff for a competitive price. It all went like clockwork. The only minor negative was the first night we had some heavy-footed people up stairs. But they left the next morning and it was completely quiet after that. We stayed a week and would stay there again.

A modern flat in a good area

We found this modern, tasteful and very clean flat - behind the 'cliffs' of cream stucco houses of Belgravia - to be just as described. The only seating in the sitting room is the two sofa beds, one of which is much more comfortable to sit on than the other! Taxis are available in nearby Eaton Square and there are lots of open spaces and gardens round about.

The flat is only 5 minutes’ walk from Waitrose (and some other shops and cafés) in West Halkin Street. The nearest tube station is Sloane Square, about 10 minutes’ walk away in the opposite direction. Sloane Square itself has a very large Peter Jones (John Lewis) store and Partridges (grocers to the Queen).

We found Côte Brasserie in Sloane Square to have excellent food and fast service (booking advised) and there are a couple of Brasseries in the Halkin Street/Motcomb Street area. Buses on Grosvenor Place (a few minutes walk away to the East) quickly take you up to Oxford Street etc.

The owner of the flat, Simon, is very approachable and clearly takes an interest in the comfort of his guests.

Location, location, location

Best location. 10 to 15 minute easy walk to any of three undergrounds through safe neighborhoods . The apartment is close to pubs, restaurants, tea and coffee shops and grocery stores. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is clean, comfortable and well stocked with paper toweling, toilet paper, soap, detergent, towels, Kleenex , sponges etc.

The owner is delightful, thoughtful and very helpful . He was always willing to answer questions and was most helpful during our stay. He also arranged pick up and drive back to the airport at a lower cost than a taxicab.

I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely return.

Comfortable, quiet flat in posh neighborhood

We were met at the airport as arranged, and the place was ready. It is modern, with fast wifi and cable TV. Within walking distance are three Tube stops, a Waitrose grocery, Victoria and Albert, Science, and Natural History Museums, Saatchi Gallery, and Harrods. There were a few restaurants within a couple blocks, and many more at Sloane Square. You can walk to Buckingham Palace and downtown in half an hour. The cars on the streets are amazing, many Bentleys and Aston Martins on each block. I would recommend it. If you want more than two people, some will have to sleep in the living/dining room, and it did not look as comfortable as the bedroom.

Amazing location!

We loved the location of the property! The flat was clean, looked like the pictures and had everything available as stated. We enjoyed walking to the local restaurants/stores, or taking the Tube if we wanted to venture further. It was perfect for our small family of three. We took advantage of the airport transfer and were extremely impressed when Sadhick was there waiting for us before 5am since we had an early morning flight...he was very hospitable. Our only complaint was the noise from the upstairs flat late at night. We have a 10-yr old so normally tried to go to bed at a reasonable time which took a while because you could hear everything going on upstairs. Of course, we live in a single family home so maybe we're just not used to the noise. Would definitely stay again but probably stay in the upstairs flat so we wouldn't have the noise factor.

Owner's Response: Very disappointed to hear that your stay was spoilt by the noise from above....its strange that since we put a new wooden floor in the flat above we have had over 30 visits with not one complaint. Unfortunately the 2 complaints we have recently received has been when children have been staying, so it is very unfortunate that your stay was spoilt by the noise....we are going to put carpet back down as this will make a big difference and provide sufficient noise insulation between the two units.
