Upgraded and updated one bedroom condo in Lake Las Vegas. Fully furnished including all kitchen appliances, utensils, and glassware. Also has a nice patio which overlooks the pool area. First floor condo on the Viera side; right in the village.
Excellent location for village activities, hiking in the mountains, biking along the mountain trails, or just relaxing by the pool.
Pets are no longer allowed per HOA regulations (effective May 2015).

I love Las Vegas and have vacationed there many times over the past 20 years. I eventually bought one condo at Lake Las Vegas a few years ago and have had great success with tenants. I get to Vegas several times per year and really enjoy the biking and running Lake Las Vegas has to offer.
Mike Scannell purchased this condo in 2013
The Lake Las Vegas location is ideal to be close to the strip but far enough to enjoy some quiet time when the casinos just get too busy.
Mountain trails are just outside the door. Also, the first floor location is great for pool access and Village access.
We stayed while we were in town to visit family. Loved the quiet location, but it was close enough to have plenty to do. We have two toddlers, so the size was perfect. Will stay again.
The condo was very clean, nice to be on main floor close to pool area. The owner gave a great description of the location and the area around. I would recommend this property. The lake was very nice and the area around as well. It appears to be gaining more interest. We found some of the rental activites a bit expensive, but we heard the complex is under new management. It is a great place for people who would like a quiet place to go, but close enough to some excitment as well.
Awesome property! The owner is very thorough, so we had no problems at all with our stay. The weekend we stayed in this condo there was a huge fundraiser going on 300-400 yards from the building. We couldn't hear anything. We were amazed. It was so quiet. The bed is comfortable and the shades are great--you can't tell noon from midnight, but if you open them, there is an ample amount of natural light. Multiple restaurants are available within a 5 minute walk. It's close enough to the strip to go see shows but far enough away to not have to deal with the crowds. Loved this place! It was exactly what we felt like we needed to refresh!
Spent a few days checking out all Lake Las Vegas has to offer and was pleasantly surprised.
Staying at Mike's condo was the best part of it all. Mike was easy to work with. His condo was very clean, well appointed for all of our needs, located on ground floor with pool view and easy access to the pool/hot tub - perfect. Seasons Market (in the village) had foods that we like (fresh fruits, vegetables, wine) and was reasonably priced.
Played golf at Reflection Bay, road bikes on the trails, had some great dinners in the village as well as two nights of entertainment on the strip (concert, exotic car racing, tables and slots).
Nice to come back to the quiet of Lake Las Vegas. Way better than staying in a hotel. Like a home away from home.
I highly recommend Mike's condo and Lake Las Vegas.
The property is beautiful. The unit is clean, modern and in a great location within the village. We really enjoyed the pools and had them to ourselves for the most part. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The location was close to everything we wanted to see. Mike was very helpful and prompt with all my questions before booking. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wishing to visit the Vegas area. Just an absolute positive experience.

Great location for our road trips to Laughlin, Grand Canyon Skywalk, Meteor Crater, Route66, and the Strip. The Hoover Dam & Casino is minutes away so we went up there a few times.
The pools were nice; Right outside the door of the condo. We only used them once because we were there during some record –breaking heat. However, with the unit being on the ground floor it was cool enough to turn off the AC in the mornings. I liked that the laundry room and vending machines were just down the hall.
The on-site grocery store was so convenient and it’s not overpriced. We cooked quite a few meals there and saved lots of restaurant & tip money.
My partner and I keep different hours (I’m a nighthawk, he’s a morning person). It was really great having a quiet bedroom, while the other person could watch TV or cook. We both got rest when we needed it.
So much better than a hotel room. I would recommend this place.
