3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom With Mountain View In Winter

This is our vacation condo that has been remodeled and new furnishings and granite counter tops added. It sleeps 6: king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds. It is fully stocked to make sure your stay is comfortable. Full kitchen with all the appliances and amenities. Linens and towels are provided. This is a 2nd floor condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bathroom is connected to the master bedroom. The second bathroom is in the hallway outside the 2 other bedrooms. Our condo overlooks Mt. Cranmore which is visible during winter months and lit up at night. Please note, this is a non-smoking unit.

There is a well-maintained Olympic size outdoor swimming pool with new outdoor furniture and tennis courts, even a basketball net and area to play. This condo is a short drive to downtown and has many activities nearby for all seasons. The hills in the backyard are great for little ones sledding and playing or tackle the larger hills behind the condos across the street (a short walk). We do have a cleaning service that thoroughly cleans between guests' stays. Check in is 4:00 pm and check out is 10:00am.

North Conway is a great area for winter skiing (cross-country and down hill), snowshoeing, snow-boarding, sledding and many other winter activities. Summer offers camping, hiking, canoeing, golf among many other activities. Fall foliage in this area is amazing to see. Check your foliage calendar for expected peak times. You may see fox, bear and even moose sightings. This area is great of families, romantic getaways and friends excursions. There are numerous excellent dining opportunities here, shopping, hiking, golf, train rides-downtown, parks, and many different events going on in town. Everyone can find something to excite them in North Conway!

Attention Summer renters- Please note that our condo is located within the Northbrook Condominiums. Our condo association does not allow central a/c or a/c window units. We have 3 portable a/c units placed in the bedrooms that should cool adequately and many fans that are helpful if the weather is hot. Usually, the weather turns warm for a short period and cools off quickly. Warm temperatures can occur anytime during the month in July and August.

Payments - We break down payments into two installments. The first being due at the time of the reservation. A reminder for the 2nd payment will be emailed to you automatically by VRBO about 3 weeks prior to arrival. It will include a due date which is two weeks prior to your arrival. Please note that VRBO does not keep a record of your first payment’s credit card information. You will need to provide that information again when you make your second payment. For guests renting less than 3 weeks from your arrival, your entire amount will be due at booking. Please email me if you have any questions.

Acceptable Payments - We only accept credit card payments with VRBO and Paypal. All rental quotes will include a $59 non-refundable insurance fee which covers $1,500 of accidental damage that may occur with no deductible amount. A refundable $200 deposit is also included for damages that may not be covered by the insurance. For your protection, VRBO maintains possession of the $200 deposit and automatically returns it to you 7 days after departure if there is no damage reported by the owner. I will NOT accept money orders, personal checks, echecks or bank cashier’s checks. Please do not inquire about sending me a check as you will be deleted as spam from my inquiries. I’m sorry about this, but it’s become a common scam with perpetrators.

About Jenny Vonhof

My husband and I vacationed in Jackson and North Conway 20 years ago and fell in love with this beautiful place. We knew we were going to come back again and again. We live in Florida and wanted a winter experience, not just for us, but for our children. They have grown up coming to this lovely condo since 2000. We have wonderful memories and pictures of our children from babies to teenage years coming to our home away from home.

Our condo is a perfect location to everything! The shopping in Settler's Green is great. The children ski and snowboard and love Cranmore Mountain. That is the mountain where they learned to ski and so did I, in my thirties!! There are excellent hills behind the condo across the street where my kids spent many hours and making friends with other kids sledding the day away. We love ice skating, hiking, taking drives to view the fall foliage and taking pictures of all the pumpkin people throughout town in the fall. North Conway feels like a world away from where we reside. It's a breath of fresh air. WE LOVE IT!

What makes this condo unique

We love our location because it is centrally placed between so many activities and restaurants, yet quiet. It's comfortable and homey. Spacious, yet we spend hours together playing games and just being together as a family. We don't have to cook every night, but can if we don't want to go out. There is always something to do that we don't get to do in Florida.

Nicely decorated. Well organized. Very clean. It had all the essentials. Lots of room within the unit. We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers stay there. Beds were comfortable. We have rented quite a few place in the area over the 13 years in North Conway. This would definitely rate in the top 2!

Great condo in brilliant location

We had a great stay in Jenny's condo in North Conway. The condo was ideal for us (2 adults, 3 kids) with plenty of space and everything we needed for a few days away. Very clean and comfortable all round. The location was perfect, about 5 minutes drive to Cranmore resort and only a few minutes to lots of restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed being able to go sledging down the slopes just outside the condo too. I'm sure we will be back another year. Thank you.

Exceptional place for friends and family to stay!!

Great place and located near skiing as well as many shops and restaurants. Condo is very comfortable with wood stove in living room plus individual heating thermostats in bedrooms/bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen supplies and dishes/glasses with lovely moose motif accessories throughout the rooms. Will probably stay again on next trip to North Conway!

Exactly as presented!

The place was larger than I had anticipated. Beds and couches were comfortable. It was very clean and updated and they supplied everything you could possibly need. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Location was perfect, it was great to be on the other side of town. The only negative was that you had to wait a bit between showers for the hot water to refill.

Owner's Response: Thank you so much for your review. So glad you enjoyed your stay. Our location is a nice quiet location just north of the downtown area but just south of the Mt. Washington scenic overlook. We have the best cleaning staff that is meticulous about every detail. We also just updated our flooring and put in a new water heater. That being said, it is a 55 gallon water heater and that is what was recommended for our unit. I know at home, we have a something larger, but just takes a little planning between showers. :)

Great property - very convenient - perfect for ski getaway

This was a great property to rent - we had a great 3 day weekend with 5 of us (3 adults and 2 kids) and had plenty of space. The condo is nicely furnished and is close to everything in North Conway. The walls are slightly thin, so we did hear the neighbors a little, but certainly not enough to bother us. The only suggestion I have is that the owners buy a big pot for spaghetti - we had to use two smaller pots to make dinner one night, but other than that the kitchen was well stocked. The furniture was comfortable and everything was clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Owner's Response: So nice of you to review our property. We try to provide the amenities that we would like when on vacation. I wish I’d noticed the pot the last time I was there (guess we didn’t cook too often!). In the summer, I replaced many pots and pans that I thought needed replacement and I must have missed buying a bigger pot! I’ll have one in there for my next guests. Glad for the heads up :) We recently had our flooring replaced and am surprised to hear that the walls seemed thin. Our unit only has one neighbor to the right and they are a VERY quiet couple that comes on weekends only. My thought is that it must have come from the unit underneath. We had a sound barrier put in when the floors were redone so I’m assuming they must have been extremely loud. Glad to hear it didn’t bother you though. Thanks again for your review as we are always open to suggestions for improvement.
