Updated 1930's home with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom in the Highlands
Why Ashley Borden chose Gardiner Lane
I love the charm and feel of this 1930's Highlands oasis. Set on a corner lot one block from Bardstown road, it provides a quiet neighborhood feel yet is close to the action. Walking distance to local Louisville legends like the Bambi bar and Kern's Korner as well as Orange Leaf for dessert or El Nopal for margaritas! New paint and furniture throughout the house has given this beautiful home a facelift. The newly installed bourbon bar lounge exits to a backyard patio under a lighted pergola. Enjoy your coffee in the reading room as you watch the sun rise surrounded by windows.

Convenient to many places
Great experience! Very nice/safe neighborhood!
Beautiful, clean and lovely home.
Ashley’s home was absolutely beautiful and met all of ours and our friends needs. The home was so quaint and just over all stunning. If you’re in the luoisville area, this is definitely the place you should be staying! Thanks, Ashley!
Great Place To Stay
Stayed four nights at this house while we were visiting for a swimming competition. Great safe neighborhood. Close to shopping and restaurants. The house was fully stocked which was a pleasant surprise. Very clean with cute modern decor. Beds were all comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.
Derby week was fantastic
Ashley was great to work with, she made sure we felt welcome with a sweet gift! The house worked great for our families needs. We had a wonderful derby experience!!
We visited Kentucky for the weekend to tour Bourbon Distilleries. The Highlands Charm "Derby Central" was a perfect accommodation for our adult family of 4. The home is located in an upscale neighborhood with endless sidewalks. The house is exactly as pictured. The interior was immaculate and very comfortable for just hanging out when we were not out to dinner or touring. The weather was a bit cool when we were there, otherwise, we would have most definitely enjoyed hanging out on the patio. The host was very responsive and accommodating.
Very cute, great location
Our family of four had a great experience at this Highlands Charmer. The hosts were quick to respond to all communications. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and there was tons to enjoy along the Bardstown corridor. We would definitely stay here on a return trip.
