Steps from Main Street in Old Town Park City! This private home in Old Town Park City has been completely remodeled in a very luxurious Arts and Crafts style. It is conveniently located at the top of Park Avenue with views of Old Town buildings and roof tops and the hills that surround this area. Just across the street is one of the city-maintained stairways that takes you directly down to Main Street, where you’ll find the best of restaurants, shopping, and night life in Park City.

It has a 3 level floor plan, with three bedrooms, two full baths, a three-quarter bath with shower and also a powder room. The kitchen is very high end with professional quality Wolfe and Subzero appliances. On the entry level you’ll find a fabulous den designed for use as a mini home theatre with a large screen TV, sound bar and video games. Up a flight of stairs is the main living space with the living room, kitchen and dining area combined, as well as a powder room, the laundry room, and a deck out back with a gas grill and lovely patio furniture. The upper level is where you’ll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Not to be overlooked is the fact that this is a 5-star plus Energy Rated “Green Home”, designed to reduce the overall impacts on human health and the natural environment. Just a few of the Key Green Points that give this house the highest score attainable under the rating system are: radiant floor heating throughout, instant hot water re-circulating system, reverse osmosis drinking water, and Energy Star high end appliances (for a more complete list of the Key Green Points, if you are interested, contact the reservations department at Alpine Ski Properties.).

Living Room: Located at the front of the living space, the living room has hardwood flooring (Big Leaf Maple from a renewable source), a gas-burning fireplace set into a stone wall (locally quarried!), a large, flat screen TV and Blu-Ray DVD with surround sound. Comfortable seating.

Kitchen: Hardwood flooring, Sile Stone natural quartzite and recycled Trinity glass counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a six burner Wolf range (gas) and warming drawer, Sub Zero refrigerator and freezer drawers, and Asko dishwasher. Well equipped for cooking meals. The cabinetry is custom distressed alder.

Dining Room: Seating for 6 at the dining table, plus 2 bar stools at the adjacent counter height island/bar.


Master – Queen bed, flat screen TV/DVD, gas fireplace, adjoining bathroom with a large walk-in steam shower, and spacious walk-in closets.

Second – Queen bed, full bathroom with a deep, jetted tub, jack/jill doors so that both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can conveniently share this bathroom. Access to a small balcony in this room.

Third – Double sized bed, shares full bathroom with 2nd bedroom.

Den: Queen sofa sleeper, and bathroom with shower just outside in the hall. As described above, you’ll find a large screen TV with a great sound system.

Laundry Room: Located just past the kitchen, with a Whirlpool Duet front load washer and dryer.

Garage: Attached 1 car garage with heated driveway.

Distance to Deer Valley Resort: 1½ miles

Distance to Park City Mountain Resort: 1½ miles to main Resort Center, ½ mile to Town Lift.

Distance to Main Street: 100 yards via Old Town stairway.

Distance to Free Bus: 100 yards to Main Street to catch the free Trolley, which services Main Street from 10am through the evening hours. The Trolley does travel down to the Town Lift, but not before 10am or so.

Sundance Film Festival: 10 Night Minimum Stay.

Great Home

We spent 5 days at this Old Town home March 2018.

beautiful, clean, kitchen stocked with everything you need.

great couch, cable TV, comfortable beds, great bathrooms,

3 levels: entry level with room to keep boots, coats, bathroom on this level, clean garage w room for 1 car, can put 2nd car in driveway

main floor kitchen, LR, half bath, small patio out back

upstairs 3 bedrooms, large master w great master bath, other 2 rooms share bath w whirlpool tub my kids used every night

Quiet street, but one block off Main St so we walked to dinner every night.

Not ski in/ ski out. We ski at different resorts each day so we drive to them anyway.

Management company is very organized and reachable.

Place was well stocked w shampoo, soap, lotion, laundry soap, kitchen soap, etc.

We WILL stay here again,

Great location and value

The property is conveniently located near Old Town and a short walk to restaurants and the Transit Center for shuttle access to Deer Valley Resort. It was in great condition and more roomy than I expected from the photos of the property. There was plenty of space for 8 people (3 adults and 5 teenagers) to spread out comfortably and hang out after skiing. Although there wasn't a hot tub, the steam shower was a nice alternative. The staff at the property management company, Alpine Resorts, were extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely stay at this location again.

House was beautiful!

This property was very well equipped and fulfilled all of our needs. Beds were very comfortable and master bath had a steam shower which was very nice. Fireplace was appreciated as we experienced an unusual amount of snow for September. Walk to Main St was less than 2 minutes. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic location. Nice finish out. Not air-conditioned.

Superb location and a really excellent "great room" and master bedroom. The other two bedrooms are nice enough and share a jack-and-jill bathroom where one of the rooms is en suite and the other accesses the bathroom from the hallway. The downstairs den/bedroom feels isolated from the rest of the house, which can be a positive or negative depending on if you are traveling with teenagers or younger kids.

Great place perfect for 2 families so close to everything

We enjoyed the house it was perfect. We had several other friends in town they were so wowed by this home. I may have to watch out they may grab it before we do next time. Great place right behind TMI so close to Main Street. We enjoyed the feel and layout. I would recommend this home we had 7 people it worked out great.

This place was exactly what we were looking for a getaway ski weekend. Steps from Main Street in Park City. The townhouse was very clean and the kitchen had all updated appliances. The shower that can be used as a sauna in the master bedroom was amazing after a long day of skiing! I would highly recommend this place.
