The Farmhouse has a stunning panoramic location at about 450 m above sea level and is perfect for a vacation in Giano dell'Umbria. It is a building dating back to the early 1900s. In the past, the ground floor was used to house animals and farm products while the 1st floor provided a modest apartment. Now a winery and olive oil estate, the property is surrounded by lush gardens and farm animals. The perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying the culinary and natural wonders of this region. Thanks to the characteristics of the Umbrian countryside, the farm is open all year round, although summer in Giano dell'Umbria is one of the best seasons to visit the place.
The recent renovation has allowed us to build 7 self-contained apartments in a winery with a total of 25 beds. Each has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and overlooks the beautiful large shared garden. The works have been realized with great attention to detail, harmonizing the materials with the existing features and the characteristic elements of a rural residence. The farm extends across a surface of 14 ha, where we grow cereals and olives and the garden features a rich variety of trees.
The Orange Apartment has a private entrance and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bedrooms with a large double bed, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed and another single bed in the common area. It also has a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and a balcony.
Guests have full and private access to the apartment, and shared use of the surrounding area including the garden and the BBQ facilities. There are also bikes available. The property is equipped with a vast parking lot and areas of open spaces. An Italian breakfast is served each morning.
This charming winery apartment is located in the countryside of Giano dell'Umbria. The particular position of the farmhouse allows the guests to appreciate the surrounding environment and the quiet places in Giano dell'Umbria, although it is situated just around the corner from the residential complex of Macciano. Guests can also visit Museo Archeologico Giano dell'Umbria, Abbazia di San Felice and Cantina Bartoloni.
