This luxurious duplex apartment is ideally situated between the golf valley and the jetting night-life of Puerto Banus with its many restaurants, bars, nightclubs and casino. The marina of Puerto Banus is just a five minute walk from the apartment with the famous Saturday market at the Centro Plaza just a few steps away. Situated on the ground and first floor the apartment is spacious, bright with sun-terraces located off each bedroom as well as an exceptionally large terrace off the living room, with panoramic views of the surrounding area. With three swimming pools on site the apartment provides a home from home holiday or as a base for seeing the wider Andalucian area. This property is suitable for both families, couples and small groups looking for a luxurious holiday in fashionable Puerto Banus. Most importantly, we are located in the Triana Block which means that there are no steps to climb, access is ether using the underground car park directly to the apartment by lift or through the front gate which has a fully secured main entrance with the apartment located just a few steps away in the block of Triana.

The Area: This property has been finished to the highest standard. It comprises of five units set around three landscaped swimming pools and this year is its third year of occupancy. Senorio de Aloha is just 1Km from the centre of Puerto Banus, 6Km from Marbella and is within a few kilometres from a host of quality golf courses. There is a number of absolutely excellent restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Hotel Andalucia with its premier Casino is a short walk away and the port with its fashionable shops, restaurants and marine is about a 10 minute walk away. Wifi with Apple TV package has been installed if you wish a quiet night in with latest films as well as a selection of films at the apartment for your enjoyment

The Apartment: This 2 bed roomed duplex apartment has been tastefully decorated and has been fitted to a very high standard. The master bedroom is located on the ground floor, it leads on to a terrace and onward to the front gardens. It has its own bathroom en-suite. A spiral staircase leads to the first floor, which houses the main rooms of the apartment (kitchen, utility room, living/dining rooms and second en-suite bedroom).

Sun terraces off each bedroom as well as extra large terrace adjoining the living area provide ample relaxation space for any family or group.

Transport: Transport from Malaga Airport, which is forty minutes away can be organized by the owner, either by car-hire or local driver with taxi service at competitive rates.

About Lil MacGovs

We bought our holiday home in Banus for ourselves and our family. We love the weather and the great beaches along the coast from Marbella to Puerto Banus and spend most of our time there on the beach stopping off for a cool drink or meal at the centro plaza adjacent to our apartment. We love to eat out at nearby Benhavis in the mountains, Orange Square in Marbella or in the famous La Sala beside us simply to view the style and glamour of Banus. We live in Dublin so time spent in the glorious sunshine of southern Spain is just blissful. It's our home from home with all of our home comforts with wifi and the TV soaps!,

We knew that the apartment and the area had something for all the family. Now the children go on holidays there with their own friends and still find new things to do and great places to eat and drink in with the nightlife just to their taste. We like the mix of the bustle of the port the quieter village feel of Andalucian nightlife. Great for golf for the players while the non golfer stay behind on the loungers by the pool.

What makes this apartment unique

We love the location of the apartment. With our own Centro Plaza just a few steps away we have our best restaurants, bars, great supermarket with such fresh produce that eating in is such a pleasure on our patio. The apartment offers great privacy with each bedroom with its own en suite and located over two floors. Our swimming pool is just outside our front door which makes it easy to hop in and out for chilled drinks

This is the place in the middle of everything in Puerto Banus! Walking distance to everything, restaurants, the port, beach, shopping, knightlife, grocery stores etc. We went to spain for golfing and this place was in the middle of every golf club we were supposed to visit! Perfect!!! The apartment is cosy, warming, clean and we slept perfectly well in the beds. Super wi-fi , Apple tv! Big + We had a great communication with Lillian and hope to be able to come back next year!!! We surely recommend this apartment and Its owner ;)

Lovely, well equipped apartment - great for 4

We have just come back from a great 10 day break here. The apartment is really lovely, fully equipped with all the household bits you need, and with a big balcony for lounging on sofas or eating dinner round the table when you have had enough of the pools. This is about a 15 minute walk from the main marina, although perhaps 5 mins longer walking back because of the hill, but it's a good walk with plenty of bar 'pit stops' on the way. The resort itself is fantastic - great to see how the other half lives! But it's not all completely over the top in terms of expense. There are some great restaurants, sky bars, and the boat trip to Marbella is well worth the money - a memorable experience. We also drove to Benahavis and swam in the river/gorge, visited San Pedro which is a small but lively coastal resort, and drove to Gibraltar which was about an hour away (although google the parking options first!).

All in all, a great break, and the apartment is exactly what we hoped for. We did not have any trouble or issues there at all - it all went like clockwork, thanks to Lillian.

Great holiday in great location

Lovely apartment, outside the more expensive Puerto Banus but a nice walk down to the harbour. Lovely restaurants near by and nice large terrace to sit out on the evenings. Lil the owner was very helpful and prompt to reply.

Great home in a great location

Very nice home, well located to enjoy everything Marbella has to offer. The home is spacious including a huge patio to enjoy. The home was very clean and well set up. The owner and local contact were quick to respond to any questions we had. Definitely a place we'd stay at again.

Apt. conveniently located for nearby supermarkets. Local buses stop almost at the door. Lovely restaurant a few steps away.

The owner arranged transfers from the airport - reliable.

The resort of Puerto Banus is the most glamorous location on the Costa del Sol and is suitable for both families and groups. The luxury duplex apartment is situated perfectly opposite the Centro Plaza which hosts the famous weekly market as well as having many fashionable bars, restaurants and shops. The famous port and beach is but a five minute walk away which makes the apartment ideal for those who do not wish to drive. For those who like to visit the Casino, the famous one in Banus is but a stroll away. Designer shops, boutiques and the large Department Store, El Corte Ingles is but five minutes away. If however, you wish to experience the quieter offerings of the area, you can try dining in the fabulous village of Benhavis or the quaint town of San Pedro just a few kilometres away. Likewise, take a drive through the Andalucian villages that are just a short distance away to sample more of a local flavour of the area.

Golf: This property is located at the entrance to the Golf Valley. Las Brisas, Aloha, La Quinta and Los Naranjos are all within a 3/5 minute drive. Information regarding these or other courses, green fees, etc., are available from owner. Senorio de Aloha is the ideal location for those who wish to enjoy the best golf facilities by day, while relaxing and enjoying the night-life of Puerto Banus.
