Gorgeous condo in a beautiful, well maintained water front complex. Two blocks away from the beach with supermarkets, restaurants, shopping and more within walking distance. The complex features a heated pool, a spa, a tennis court, a clubhouse with a gas grill. This furnished condo is spacious with an open floor plan and includes new sectional couch and wood furnishings in both in living room and bedrooms. The spacious kitchen was recently updated and includes a large closet pantry, lots of cabinets and new appliances. The balcony is one of the largest ones in the complex and overlooks the pool area, docks and intracoastal waters.

In the heart of Madeira Beach, Boca Vista Condos is part of a small barrier island community along Florida's Central Gulf Coast. Boca Vista is near famous John's Pass Village and just a short walk to the beach. Completely furnished with large balconys with great views.

Great place, close to beach, bars,stores, and not far from John's Pass!!

Clean and everyone that lives there are very friendly! Been staying there for 5 yrs, going to make it 6 yrs this year!

Good location close to the beach 🏖

Great property. Could be cleaned better, the balcony / patio was not cleaned at all. The other owner/ renters were very nice. Pool was heated and perfect along with the hot tub. Grounds around pool were nicely landscaped and kept up , but all walkways to the rental , except the lobby which was clean, were not kept up in my opinion. But over all a great place. And the owner was very nice and got right back to me with anything I needed or wanted to know.
