This is a one bedroom condo on the first floor of a three-floor building. It has 1 1/2 baths, a full modern open kitchen with bar opening to a large great room with a private screened porch overlooking a pool and the ocean. Appointed nicely with lots of storage. Free WIFI. There is a television with DVD player in great room. There is a television in the bedroom. Full bath directly off the bedroom. Very private, yet open.

About Warren Sowell

We bought this condo to enjoy with our your son and daughter at the pool and private beach. This past July 4th there were only 58 people on the entire beach. Great for kids or just for walking. Now we have a young daughter and she loves it! Since Harbor Island is a private, gated community, there is very little traffic and almost all families here. We are about 12 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, a great town full of wonderful restaurants and historic treasures. We hope that you will enjoy it as much as our family does.

Why Warren Sowell chose Saint Helena Island

When we were searching for a little piece of heaven we noticed Harbor Island. We did not want a 'touristy' place to vacation. We visited on Memorial Day. We were sold. Plus, all the pools on the Island make choices of where to go even easier. We love it.

What makes this condo unique

Privacy and little noise. Standing in the kitchen and looking at the ocean and the pool through the palm trees. Spending time on the screened in porch on cool evenings.It's all good.

Beautiful ocean and pool view. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

This was the perfect getaway! Beautiful home with a perfect view of the ocean while sitting on the back deck. Not including the pool being right outside of the back deck as well. Also, one of the only units that had a screened in back deck, which makes sitting outside so much more pleasant. The condo is very clean and stocked with all basic amenities, the bed is also VERY comfortable! The owner was also very attentive with extremely quick responses to any questions. If you are looking for the perfect spot to get away with another person, I wouldn't recommend anywhere other than L104! We will definitely be back!

Nice clean condo in the Low Country of South Carolina

The condo is clean and comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we had. We usually stay on Harbor Island because of it’s proximity to Hunting Island State Park which is one of the best beaches to ride your bikes on, plus the Gay Seafood company is just 5 min. away so we can have fresh shrimp or seafood every night. The whole area is beautiful and Beaufort is a very quaint and historic town, just 20 minutes away. We are New Englanders but we love the Low Country of South Carolina.

wonderful location

My family and I enjoyed a lovely Spring/Easter Break - we were so impressed with the communication from Warren prior to our trip, as well as the accommodations and location of the condo. We've stayed at several places on Harbor Island, but this is by far our favorite thus far. We do hope to enjoy another week very soon!

The owner provided all information needed before the date of our stay. The condo was clean and provided everything we needed. It is just a short walk to the beach and the pool. A great, quiet place for a family beach vacation.

Cleaning Fee £51.98

There is a two-night minimum stay. Our check-in time of 4PM and check-out time of 11AM are strictly enforced.

Parking passes are required by the Harbor Island Owner Association. The cost is currently $11.50 per day for one (1) vehicle. Please tell me at the time of booking if you require additional car passes. This additional charge will be reflected in the "fees."
