We enjoyed our stay. This was our third stay at this home. We come back because we like it! The location is great with easy access to Kyle Field and it sits by itself back from the road so plenty of parking room and more privacy.
The house was a great place for our family of 8 who spent the weekend in College Station for our son's ring weekend. There were 3 nice size bedrooms upstairs and 2 bathrooms. There is also a smaller bed in a game room downstairs if you need more sleeping space and a smaller bath. The kitchen was very open and a perfect size for all of us to gather around the table and also had a family room where we could sit too. The outside property was nice that it was not in a neighborhood where we were right next to someone else. We were able to sit outside and the boys played washers, etc. The only one issue was the train across the street but we got used to the sound and it was not enough to make us not want to stay here again. We would definitely stay at this house again. Great location to get to campus and other areas.
Very nice home. Extremely clean. We had everything we needed. Everything they said would be there was there. Excellent location. I was very impressed with the house, the furniture and decor. I felt like I was at home the entire stay. All the bedrooms were upstairs. Not a problem for my family but if you have someone who is mobility impaired it could be a problem. The den/living room is sunken in. There are 2 full baths upstairs and a 1/2 bath downstairs. The rooms are a nice size. Nice big kitchen. Wood floors. Carpet upstairs. Plenty of room in the house to accommodate everyone. They had a scentsy burning when we arrived. It was very nice. Fantastic place to stay. Very easy people to work with. They returned my calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. I would recommend this house 100% if you are in the college station area. If we need a place to stay in the future we will check this place first before a hotel for sure. Especially for graduation and ring ceremony events.
We had a group stay for our Aggie game weekend. The location is great, with a straight shot to the stadium. House is set apart by itself which makes it nice with plenty of room for parking. Inside very comfortable for visiting. This was our second year to come back to this house as we enjoyed it so.
The beds and furnishings were comfortable and the house was clean. Could use a little attention to detail (make sure light bulbs are all working, and downstairs bath has towels accessible). The train is rather loud at night. The price was good (we stayed on a non-football weekend) and we appreciated being able to rent it for only one night. The kids enjoyed the game system.
