The spacious apartment is fully stocked and functional with Wi-Fi Internet, TV with Netflix, and a fully stocked, large kitchen (forks, knives, plates, cups, pots and pans, etc.)
The location is the perfect blend of island beach getaway and city convenience. Ashford Avenue is home to upscale businesses like Louis Vuitton, Cartier, and Salvatore Ferragamo, and to local hangout spots like The Place, Small Bar, Di Zucchero, and Stop and Go. You're one quick block away from a Walgreens and one quick block away from the calming sound of waves brushing up against the sand. You can't beat it.
There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms -one tiny but fully functional, a large kitchen, a dining room area, a very comfortable living room area and all bedrooms have air conditioning. The rental includes parking space for 2 vehicles.
Our Magic Team is always on call to make sure everything goes smoothly and your vacation is perfect. Just text or call, and they'll be there for you.
Also, ask about our concierge service! Our concierge can help make reservations, get private chefs, book boat charters, and buy groceries, just to name a few things. These additional services will be billed separately.

A 4.5% fee is included to help provide a safer and more secure booking experience, coupled with 24/7 customer support throughout your trip.
Please note that the cleaning fee does not include washing dishes, pots, and pans, emptying the refrigerator or throwing excess amounts of trash away. If you do not take care of this during your stay an additional $100.00 plus tax will be charged.

It has all you want to have in when you're on vacation. Great location, near the airport, nearby the Beach, access to Kayaks and equipment rentals, Convenience Stores, Walgreens, Wal-Mart, Top Notch Designer Stores. Included parking for your rental, easy access to your property, rich Day and Night-Life, Restaurants, Pubs, Bars and Cultural nearby locations for sightseeing such as Old San Juan just a few minutes away.
Walking distance to beaches and major tourist attractions, stores, hotels, restaurants, casinos, etc.
We stayed for 4 nights. It was 6 women and we really enjoyed ourselves. The second bathroom was way too small but otherwise, the apartment was in a great location, it was very clean and spacious, and the house manager was very helpful. I would highly recommend this location to others and look forward to coming back again.
When we first arrived at the property the code that was given to us to open the door did not work. Thank goodness our cell phones worked and we were able to quickly call and get the right code. Also the way the electronic lock worked was kind of complicated and it took a while to figure out how to use it. Clearer instructions would have been helpful. Not only did the initial code we were given not work, but we were under the impression that there would be keys left somewhere in the apartment for our use. There were no keys so we ended up just using the electronic lock for the rest of the week. ( I had called about keys because all of the paper work said that we would be charged extra if we did not return the keys. I did not want to be charged for something that was never given to us. The gentleman I talked to said that they would deliver keys that day or the next day but the keys were never delivered.)
Once inside the unit, we turned on the air conditioners to cool off the unit. At first they did not work very well. But luckily my husband works on air conditioning systems for a living so he knew to check the filters. They were all very dirty. He took them out and cleaned them all and reinserted them and the air conditioners all worked like a charm!! In addition throughout the house there were some window slats and latches that were inoperable which was keeping the windows from closing therefore letting a lot of the cool air out. We fixed the window slats and got the latches to work so we could properly close the windows. The windows in the smaller bathroom off the kitchen could not be closed so we just kept that door shut all the time in order to keep the house as cool as possible.
Once we worked out the bugs with the lock and the airconditioners, everything else was great!! The location is exactly as described in the listing. One or two blocks down from everything you could want.
The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was perfect for our group of 5 people. We were especially thankful to have the parking spot as finding parking would have been difficult. Also, Every time I called to ask a question about anything, they were extremely helpful and friendly and did not seem to be bothered by my calls or texts. The first day we arrived they recommended we eat lunch at a place called Pinky's which is just a couple of blocks away from the apartment. We ended up going there every morning for cappuccino and fruit smoothies. was great!
My family rented two units in the same building, however I'm not entirely sure if I'm reviewing one of the units we stayed in because it wasn't the unit we originally booked. To make a long story short, we booked two units, a 14 sleeper (4 bedrooms) and a 10 sleeper (3 bedrooms) about 3/4 months in advance. Upon arrival we were told that we could not have access to the 14 sleeper because it had been previously rented! We were offered another 10 sleeper but that left 4 of our family members with no place to sleep! Apparently the 14 sleeper had been double booked, which was crazy because we'd booked so many months in advance and I'd had plenty of conversations with the property manager both on the phone and via email/text. There should have been plenty of opportunities for her to realize that the condo was double booked. It was very inconvenient as we had a large group traveling for a wedding and there was no way we could get hotels rooms to accommodate us at that point especially since it was Easter weekend. Luckily enough the assistant to the property manager was able to go rent us an additional hotel room around the corner from the building where our two units were and we sent four of our group over there. Overall, the units were very nice and well kept, but the only thing stopping me from giving them a 5 star rating is the inconvenience of them double booking us. Had that nice lady who was assisting the property manager, who was on vacation at the time) not worked so hard to find us additional space close to the other units we would have literally been out of options. I was looking for a property manager that we could rent from frequently as we travel to Puerto Rico often, but I will likely never book with them again out of fear that I'll get there and my unit won't be available.
The place was not clean. The toilet was broken. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink and the hot/cold water was messed up on the washer machine. A guy did come to fix things upon our request but he could only fix the washer machine. The front bedroom was very noisy. The wifi was ridiculous--cutting out because you share with others in the building. Beware...a month after coming home we found we brought home bed bugs with us. We slept in the front bedroom. It is a costly (almost $3,000 to get through) and stressful situation to contend with. I still can not sleep at night even after the first bed bug treatment. That is why I am up at midnight writing this review. I am writing the review so that hopefully the place will be treated and the next people renting won't take bed bugs home with them.
We had 6 of us stay in the apartment for a girls get-a-way. The location is perfect. One block away from the main street for shops/restaurants. We felt safe on the 3rd floor and the apartment had plenty of room. We enjoyed being able to open the door and have the breeze from the balcony/porch area. I would stay here again. Alina was very accommodating. Next time, I will double check the Wii fii password because we had some difficulty connecting to the internet and using TV, we may have been using the wrong password. When I go back- I will definitly check out the kayaks. I didn't understand that the lagoon is only 1 block down and the water is still, perfect for the kayaks, easy to launch there. Note: the front bedroom has 2 shades one for room darkening, glad we figured that out because it is a very bright apartment with lots of light. For fine dining we enjoyed Jose Enrique, get there early or expect an hour wait, we actually walked there- took about 15 min. You can walk around the plaza while waiting for your table, they will call you when it's ready. In Old San Juan, I recommend: La Cueva Del Mar, best fish tacos, casual atmosphere!
Condo was not clean, drawers and coffee maker disgusting ! Toilet broke, shower knobs did not work! Mattresses terrible. Construction outside extremely loud at 6:30 in the morning! No cable TV and Netflix went out every 5 min or so!! We couldn't even pull up our email while staying there!
Condado is the trendiest area to live in and visit. Oceanfront dining is a must, as well as enjoying the nightlife in the many pubs and bars.
