Immaculate 2 bed 1st floor apartment, with en-suite, balcony & use of pools

An immaculate, well presented and appointed two bedroomed first floor apartment, completed in 2009. The apartment has marble flooring throughout and it is air conditioned. It has an entrance hall, a good sized lounge/dining room with a TV (limited local channels only), a balcony off, a well appointed kitchen with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room and an additional shower room/WC. Externally, there is secure underground car parking and shared gardens and two swimming pools. Towels and linen are included and the apartment will be cleaned prior to your arrival. For stays in excess of one week, an additional, mid-term clean and linen change will also be provided. Meet and greet, food packs etc. can be provided at an additional charge, if required.

An immaculate, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment, completed to a high standard in 2009. Situated on the popular 'golden golf coast' of the Costa del Sol, the development enjoys spectacular sea views stretching from Puerto Banus along the coastline as far as Gibraltar and Northern Africa. It has good connections with Magala and Gibraltar Airports which are approximately 50 minutes and 25 minutes away by road respectively. Puerto Banus and Marbella are both a shorter 15-20 minute drive away. A number of world class golf courses are only a short drive away. The apartment is in a slightly elevated location and a long sandy beach and pretty marina with shops, cafes and bars is a short distance away

We welcome longer term lets and would consider lets of between one month and two years. For this, please contact us for our best rates.
The apartment can be rented on a weekly basis with flexible changeover day, for a short break (minimum of 3 nights) or long term (over one month).
25% of the rental is required as a booking deposit. The balance is due six weeks prior to departure. A refundable deposit of £100 is required against damage, breakages and the safe return of the keys. Refunds will be made within ten days of the end of your holiday.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
