Incredible layout, there was SO much private space inside and outside! My family of 4 had a great time, and everything we needed was provided. Super impressed with all the details and I really loved the outside (private) patio!
Loved the back yard patio!
Clean, quiet, well supplied. Loved the private back yard patio!
If you are interested in a great location for downtown Sarasota not on the water it was a great choi
The property was OK however when we arrived there were a number of things that needed to be fixed. The maintenance of the property was not up to par there were five or six things that needed to be fixed. They were fixed while we were there however it was an inconvenience to our stay . The location to downtown Sarasota west desirable however the neighborhood was a little sketchy. The property management was very helpful in getting things fixed.
A Hidden Gem
From outside, this unit is unprepossessing, but it has a lovely garden and terrace hidden behind its fence, and a comfortably-appointed 2-bedroom apartment within. The carport is a tight squeeze (our Honda CRV barely fits, so no large SUVs), but we are otherwise delighted with our accommodations. We stayed nearby last year, and love the Gillespie Park neighborhood. It's very dog-friendly (the fenced backyard is a huge asset), with safe, walkable streets and even a Dog Park just a few blocks away. We don't really have beach weather during this Xmas visit, but they have spare beach chairs and equipment on-hand.
The property managers and housekeeper have been extremely attentive and helpful.

The accommodations are comfortable and well-appointed, with the added attraction of a fenced terrace where our dog can play, and attractive plantings. The only complaint is the tight squeeze in the carport, and the difficulty of fitting my son's car when he visits from St. Pete. The property managers and housekeeper have been very attentive to our minor issues, and helpful when we've contacted them. We love the Gillespie Park neighborhood, and want to live here when we relocate to Florida in the near future.
Everything has gone very smoothly.
