Great place to stay just outside of Glacier National Park!

  • 5 of 5

Great accommodations and easy access to the Eastern side of Glacier National Park. Gene & Teri were fantastic hosts, very helpful and ensured we had a superb stay. Plan on bringing your own food, there's only a few nearby places for dinner. The Paul Ranch is very quiet, relaxing and has great views.

A gem near East Glacier National Park

  • 5 of 5

This location is very close to the Many Glacier Entrance. The Paul Ranch is a collection of homes on the Plain. Our home was a "trailer". Beautiful on the inside, decorated Montana style. Very clean and well equipped. Two comfortable bedrooms, great for two couples. Also a bunk room, if you need space for children. Two bathrooms with lots of towels and a laundry if you need it. After a day of hiking or visiting the National Park, sit on the deck and watch the cattle or Llamas graze nearby. The view is incredible and very peaceful. The property managers, Teri and Gene are very helpful and nice. I would stay here again. Great location for the east side of the National Park and Waterton, Canada. Thank you, Teri and Gene.

Ideal location to access Many Glacier entrance

  • 5 of 5

Meadowlark Meadows was spacious enough for 6 women hiking friends traveling together. It was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Homemade cookies upon arrival was a nice touch. We were able to borrow bear spray. Host Gene and Terry could not have been more accommodating. They were available by phone on a moments notice to answer questions. The llama and alpacas were fun to observe and Gene and Terry gave us a talk about them.

Our family really enjoyed our stay on the ranch as a home base for visiting Glacier National Park

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay on the ranch. The ranch managers went out of their way to be friendly, helpful, accommodating. Our children (ages 21, 18, and 15) said they loved the "home" and how cozy it felt. Watching the sunrise was beautiful. We enjoyed getting to meet and learn more about the alpacas too! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone enjoyed the homemade cookies that were waiting for us when we arrived. Communication before and during our stay was excellent--all my questions were answered in a timely manner. Being able to borrow the bear spray was also greatly appreciated, since we went on several long hikes. We also took advantage of the day use cabin on the lake when we needed a relaxing day after one of those long hikes! I cannot say enough good things about our experience here and would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others. The beds were comfortable--we all slept well. Even my youngest, who is not typically an "outdoorsy" type said "I am sad to leave this place." Thank you so much for your gracious hospitality and helping us make wonderful memories!

Quiet and private with a nice view.

  • 5 of 5

It was very warm the day we arrived and there is no a/c. We knew this before we booked. There are plenty of fans and it cools down quickly in the evening and is chilly by morning. The location is great for GNP . There are a couple of very pricey restaurants nearby. We bought most of our food with us from Great Falls. There is a gas grill which was nice.
