This is simple, large, clean and affordable housing. Everything you need to enjoy your stay in Missoula together. Priced to keep full occupancy, you can use the money you save to enjoy your activities in our area. On application, a fourth bedroom at an additional charge can be provided. ( it is locked off for the owners use most of the time). Rooms are large. and only accessible by stairs, so its not handicapped accessible. We require a fee for cleaning and deposit.
I am a retired professional who travels most of the time and I spent 36 years in Missoula. I rent out my homes and buildings and travel extensively. My motto...' I turn your vacation dollars into mine.... I travel and spend my winters skiing in Whitefish as a mountain ambassador.

Its big, its very affordable when you need a place to gather and sleep when compared to hotel rooms and it allows you to cook and eat at home. The biggest savings with vacation rentals are the two meals you eat at home that you usually have to eat out at restaurant prices. This place is big... 1900 Square feet.
Its quiet and you can have a glass of wine at the winery, a free sample brew at the Big Sky Brewery and or jump on the freeway and be in town in minutes and much faster than trying to fight traffic in town.

Great location for us with easy on and off access to I90. The apt is quiet and very private. We appreciated the owner's quick response to any question. Taking advantage of the beautiful area, we hiked up to the M, took the kids to a climbing wall, the carousel, and playgrounds. One long trip was to Jerry Johnson hot springs where we stopped for a side trip on Petty Creek Rd to see Big Horn sheep. If the opportunity comes up again, we'd definitely like to rent it again.
Very quiet with lots of room and would easily accommodate large groups. Everything needed to be very comfortable. The owner is very cooperative and provides all the information needed to make your trip enjoyable.

The home delivered on our expectations. It was spacious and clean. There was the added benefit of being across the street from a winery, and around the corner of the Big Sky Brewery. The trip downtown was a short 8 minute ride. Even though it was close to the airport, it was extremely quiet. The owner also made the whole process straightforward and easy. I would certainly recommend it.
Very nice place to stay. Our group included two families and 3 generations. Lots of room to have our own space if needed plus an area large enough for all of us to be together. My first time using this type of vacation rental. Perfect for our needs.
The owner is extremely flexible and patient with different requests, and expectations of all parties are clearly defined. The property is large, clean, and well equipped. Location is just outside of town and extremely close to the airport, making for easy transportation. I highly recommend this property to any family or group planing to spend some time in Missoula.
This is close to the Harley Dealership, Missoula Winery and Events Center, Big Sky Brewery and their summer concert series and within walking distance to the MSO airport. Its easy freeway access brings you to downtown Missoula in 8 minutes.

We issue paypal invoices if you wish to use a credit card. Credit cards incur a 3 percent convenience fee and international credit cards incur ANOTHER 3 percent international credit card fee that is not charged if you use a USA bank card. Direct Bank deposits at US, Chase or Wells Fargo, are not charged either fee. Some extended and Off season rates do not include utilities.
