Location location location................being one of the most desirable and newest beach front developments in Albufeira, with its rare stunning sea views, it’s a quiet condo, but still extremely close to the hustle and bustle of Albufeira, only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. Some apts. boast a PRIME positions, on the 3rd level, overlooking the sea, capturing the amazing views across Albufeira's Old Town. Doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within, and the amazing views beyond! The spacious balcony is perfect for alfresco dining. In the evenings you will experience the most spectacular sun sets. The apartments are furnished for contemporary living, and finished to an incredibly high specification.
The marble tiled bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath, bidet, toilet, shower and underfloor heating.
The integrated kitchen is well equipped with high spec. Miele appliances. Surfaces are covered with marble, porcelain and granite that completes the luxurious feel. Fully equipped with kettle, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge,/ freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, and central vacuuming system – everything you could possibly need.

We've just returned from a nine night stay in this fabulous penthouse apartment. It's our third visit to Albuferia and by far the best. The views from the roof top terrace were spectacular. We could watch the sun rise and then again in the evening we had the luxury of watching the sun set over The old tow. The apartment was immaculate and the location was ideal. Only a five minute walk to the 'strip' although we preferred the old town. Sir Harrys in the square was our favourite as they had live music every night. Just outside of the apartments was a lovely restaurant called Chilli Pepper. The beer garden at the rear also had a pool whiich you could use at your leisure. The food and service were outstanding. There is also a very large swimming pool and surrounding area which are very well maintained. Two minitues walk to the beach and you could even walk along to the old town. Our whole trip was effortless with the support of Maria who even arranged airport transport. I would defiantly recommend this property for anyone looking for luxury, spectacular views and a fab location. Can't wait to return

Very modern, comfortable and luxurus with all necessary equipment available. 3 modern sleeping rooms and luxurus bathrooms.View was amazing looking over the see and old albufeira. Beach was 5 min. walk. Old albufeira 15 min by beach or € 4 taxi. Communication with pr. manager Maria was a pleasure!
Apartment was spotlessly clean. Ideal position. We stayed in apartment 5 plenty off room for 4 people. Lovely view off front entrance, view off town and slight view off sea. Outside dining area was lovely and modern. Ideal for sitting out and relaxing. All modern facilities, dishwasher and washing machine, drying rail outside which was perfect. Can't fault the apartment or owners Maria and Colin Douglas. Excellent service, very attentive and also arranged airport transport which was stress free! Very enjoyable stay.
This apartment is of an exceptionally high standard. Tasteful furnishings and high quality fitments. The bed is very comfortable and views spectacular. The property was very clean and well maintained.Within walking distance of numerous bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.
What’s so special?................With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable, it boasts spectacular sea-views of Albufeira bay and the Old Town.
It's only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. A leisurely 15 minutes stroll along the beach takes you into the Old Town of Albufeira with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine.
The famous buzzing ‘Strip’ is only a 5 minute walk!
Golf: The Algarve was awarded 'Established Golf Destination Of The Year 2006' by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.
There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away, the closest being a 5 minute drive away.
These are Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes).
Some of the other world class golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away
In addition to the many courses in the central and western Algarve, there are also numerous high-class courses in the eastern Algarve and nearby Costa de la Luz in Spain. Amongst these are signature courses from two of the world's greatest names in golf; Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, and Quinta Do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. Both of these courses can be reached from the apartment in around an hour.
