Some apts. boast a PRIME positions, on the 3rd level, overlooking the sea, capturing the amazing views across Albufeira's Old Town. Doors leading to the balcony open fully, enabling you to enjoy the outside from within, and the amazing views beyond! The spacious balcony is perfect for alfresco dining. In the evenings you will experience the most spectacular sun sets. The apartments are furnished for contemporary living, and finished to an incredibly high specification.

The marble tiled bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath, bidet, toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Kitchen

The integrated kitchen is well equipped with high spec. Miele appliances. Surfaces are covered with marble, porcelain and granite that completes the luxurious feel. Apt. number 8 is an amazing corner apartment on the second level with spectacular panoramic views. The position of this apartment is quite unique, positioned on the front right hand corner of the building providing endless sea views and amazing views across the bay of Albufeira's Old Town. The spacious balcony is perfect for Alfresco dining whilst experiencing the most beautiful sunsets.

" We have all had a great time here, great apartment, pool and view. The kids really enjoyed the pool and spent most of the 2 weeks under water. The best for us was the luxury of this apartment and all that it provided along with the Old Town's back streets.

Perfect, territory, building & apartments. Super

Quinta de Barracuda has a closed territory from outside it means private & secured. Rules managed by the guests, that creates calm & relaxing atmosphere. 300 m to the perfect beach, 15 min by walking to the old town. Perfect apartments with everything you need to leave for a two weeks. Management polite & fully oriented to customers, easy to communicate & hear the clients individual situation. Nothing to ad to the words "Best in the town and probably country". One the best vacation in my life (43 years). Thank You Anna Maria for everything. Tomas & Kristina

Beautiful ocean front condo

We recently stayed at Quinta Barracuda in various apartments over the course of three months, from early February until the end of April. During that time, we had family members join us for two weeks, so we were able to check out their condominium accommodations as well. Every one of the condo units we saw were spotlessly clean, modern, efficient, and comfortable. The proximity to the beach and views from each unit was spectacular, allowing us to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at night!

Furthermore, the service provided by Maria and her colleagues on site (Kevin and Louise), was first class. Any minor issue that arose was promptly and professionally addressed.

The location of Quinta Barracuda is tough to beat, in that a vehicle was not required, as we were able to walk to most services in Albufeira. The condo complex is also close to both taxi rank and bus stops, and a walk or bus ride to the main bus and train stations for intercity excursions.

The only issue was the state of the tennis court, that was in a state of disrepair, but we were able to find two tennis facilities close by. Having said this, the current state of disrepair did not stop others from using the court for pickleball.

We highly recommend Quinta Barracuda, and the service provided by Maria Douglas of algarvebeachapartments.com and have already recommended her and Quinta Barracuda to friends and family.

Outstanding

Simply outstanding, just as stated in description. Kevin who showed us to our apartment was lovely and polite.

So clean and beautifully decorated. The pool area is great with artificial grass and plenty of sunbeds. Beach is three min walk away from the gate near the pool. From the front gate lined by trees you can reach two other beaches either side of the Auromar hotel. Visit Chilli pepper restaurant next door, stunning food and friendly owner. Definitely going back.

Perfect! Great communication! Immaculate property

Returned from a wonderful 9night stay in apartment B02. This was a wonderful ground floor sea facing and corner apartment. The apartment was immaculate and everything was arranged perfectly. Maria was excellent at arranging everything we needed and the communication with her from the booking right up to the week of departure was excellent. Everything was perfect. Cannot recommend Maria and the apartment highly enough! Will definitely be returning. My husband and myself with our three kids had the best time.

Wow beautiful apartment 28

This beautifully decorated and maintained apartment with artificial grass next to the pool with sun beds has been our holiday home for the last week. It is so peaceful here yet only a three minute walk to several different beaches via the back gate and the front gate. Only 15 min stroll to Albuferias The Strip and 5 more mins and you are at Oura beach. You can walk across the cliff tops to reach one beach then another then another. Half hour walk paddling in the sea to Albuferia then walk into the town to people watch from one of many restaurants and cafes. Kevin who greeted us to show us into the apartment is lovely. Didn't want to go home. Loved it here. Missing it already.

Stayed in apartment 21 in november. Had a wonderful time in this fantastic clean spacious apartment. Beautiful sea views from the large balcony, also very private in a gated safe complex. will be in touch soon to hopefully book another stay here. Thanks Jack & Elaine

What’s so special?................With location being one of the keys to a great holiday, it is worth noting that the location here is truly remarkable, it boasts spectacular sea-views of Albufeira bay and the Old Town.

It's only a 2 minute stroll through the private gated access to the beach. A leisurely 15 minutes stroll along the beach takes you into the Old Town of Albufeira with it’s quaint cobbled streets and amazing cuisine.

The famous buzzing ‘Strip’ is only a 5 minute walk!

Golf: The Algarve was awarded 'Established Golf Destination Of The Year 2006' by the International Association of Golf Tour Operators.

There are 3 local golf courses a short drive away, the closest being a 5 minute drive away.

These are Salgados (18 holes), Pine Cliffs (9 holes) Balaia Golf (9 holes).

Some of the other world class golf courses in Vilamoura include Victoria, Millenium, Pinhal, and Old Course which are approximately 15-20 minutes drive away

In addition to the many courses in the central and western Algarve, there are also numerous high-class courses in the eastern Algarve and nearby Costa de la Luz in Spain. Amongst these are signature courses from two of the world's greatest names in golf; Monte Rei designed by Jack Nicklaus, and Quinta Do Vale designed by Seve Ballesteros. Both of these courses can be reached from the apartment in around an hour.
