If you have a stay that qualifies for housekeeping services, traditional housekeeping service will be performed every 7th day. This includes refreshing the condo and exchanging bed linens, bath towels, and amenities. Housekeeping services take place between 8 am - 430 pm daily. We are happy to bring back our Aloha Greet to welcome guests to the condo on arrival. Specific great times are set on your day of arrival.

A Note from the Owner:
After renting 4 different Sugar Beach units on 3 different floors for six years, we were fortunate enough to purchase in 2013. We feel unit is in the best building with easy access from the covered parking and one floor up from the roof parking. We drink our coffee in the morning on the lanai looking for turtles, manta rays, flying fish and whales. This unit has been remodeled to be exactly what we want and we would like to share our home with respectful guests.

Sugar Beach Resort is a nicely decorated third floor oceanfront unit that comes equipped with a new California king Temper-Rhapsody Breeze bed and large flat screen TVs in the bedroom and living room. The new sofa sleeper in the living room has a comfy 8" mattress. The kitchen features an ice maker, new bamboo cabinets, granite counter-tops and Koa wood floors. There is a bar cabinet in the living room and computer desk with wireless printer for guest use. Relax in the new matching reclining chairs, and enjoy meals on the lanai or the new glass-top dining table in the living room with room for 5. Pamper yourself in the remodeled bathroom with a full tile shower that offers a foot rest and adjustable shower head. Ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room will help keep you cool, and free WiFi will help keep you connected.

Sugar Beach Resort is a tranquil beachfront condominium resort located in North Kihei offering sweeping views of the Pacific. There are two six story buildings with elevators and the beach fronting the property is exceptional for sunsets, swimming, windsurfing, long relaxing beach walks and spectacular seasonal whale watching. Sugar Beach Resort offers central air conditioning, a large pool area with Jacuzzi, sauna and a children's wading pool, oceanfront gas barbecues, sandwich shop, bar and free on site parking.
