Three bedrooms (sleeps 4) with bright open plan living / dining room

35RockRoad offers luxurious, modern accommodation in a quiet, residential road. It is in the perfect location for visiting Cambridge city centre with its beautiful colleges and great shopping. But also for access to Addenbrookes Hospital, various science parks, the Botanic Gardens, multiple language schools, Cherry Hinton Hall park and the train station.

Our accommodation consists of:

- Spacious living / dining room

- Open plan kitchen with all mod cons

- Modern bathroom

- Master bedroom with en-suite showerroom

- Single bedroom (1)

- Single bedroom (2)

Facilities include: Large wide-screen TV, DVD/blu-ray player, free WiFi, HiFi stereo with iPod dock, off-street parking, bicycle storage, dishwasher, washing machine, cot bed (on request), high chair (on request).

Local area: 35 Rock Road is located in the Victorian district of Cambridge. Local shops are within minutes' walking distance. The area also boasts several good quality restaurants, a cinema, fitness centre and a ten pin bowling alley. The train station is 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus (bus stops are within minutes of the property). The City Centre, Addenbrooke's Hospital, several language schools, Cherry Hinton Hall park and various science parks are all within easy reach.

Fabulous town house in Cherry Hinton

Stayed for 4 nights with my wife and two boys. Paul was very responsive and accommodating during booking and checked in with us during our stay to answer any questions about the rental and Cambridge. The town house is modern, stylish and stocked with anything you could need and the patio was a great place to relax after a day out exploring town. The location is within walking distance of several bus lines to city center and the train station and a couple of grocery stores. We would recommend 35 Rock Road to anyone! Thanks Paul and family!

Un très bon choix

L'appartement est sur 2 niveaux. Au rdc il y a une chambre lit double avec salle de bain et une chambre lit simple. A l'étage se trouve la deuxième chambre lit simple et sdb ainsi qu'un spacieux salon/séjour et une cuisine. L'ensemble est très lumineux et très propre. Les propriétaires ne laissent rien au hasard : vous n'aurez donc pas besoin de courir acheter de la lessive, des pastilles lave-vaisselle, du papier toilette...

Ils laissent également à disposition une boîte pleine de documentation sur toutes les activités que l'on peut faire dans la région. Vous n'aurez pas plus d'infos à l'office de tourisme.

Devant l'appartement, il y est facile de se garer si vous avez un véhicule.

La rue est très tranquille et le quartier propose de nombreuses possibilités de restaurants avec plats à emporter.

A 5 mns à pied, il y a 1 bowling et des supermarchés locaux. La gare se trouve à 15 minutes à pied.

Si vous louez des vélos, Paul met à votre disposition un local qui ferme à clé.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour au 35 rock road et nous le conseillons vivement.

Les propriétaires sont aux petits soins et la proximité du centre ville (environ 35 mns à pied) en fait un endroit idéal (car à Cambridge, les places de parking sont rares et chères).

The ancient city of Cambridge is of course famous for its University, its colleges and beautiful buildings. For its Botanic Gardens and gorgeous greens. For its Nobel prize winners and famous historic residents such as Newton, Darwin and Babbage. But modern Cambridge also offers fantastic shopping, a lively feel to its streets, great restaurants and lovely pubs and bars. And if that's not enough, good transport links ensure that you can be in London in 45 minutes, or even Paris in less than 4 hours. The beautiful countryside is on your doorstep, and the Norfolk coast is within reach too. Cambridge offers plenty for the active type as well, with great sports facilities, plenty of golf courses and lots of options for running, cycling or mountain biking.
