Apartment consist of 2 bedrooms one of them looking directly on the marina where you can see all the boats, restuarants and bars and life as it goes by. 1.5 bathroom, one full bathroom with 2 sinks and the other one has a toilet and a shower. fully equipped kitchen , washer , spacious balcony over looking the port and mediterranean sea. The apartment has air condition in the living room and multiple fan in the other rooms.

The apartment is located in heart of Port De La Duquesa Marina, just down the building you could walk to beaches, MANY bars & restuarants and shops, which makes it the best location in town for holidays. Puerto De La Dequeasa is very nice for relaxation and unwinding from busy city life routine. here you can find peace and tranquilty.

I also have a blue tooth wireless speaker that you can use when going to the beach for your entertainment. A small movie library also available for you to watch some movies.

My Name is Omran Qali, born in 1979, Single Parent with 2 kids ( a boy 2009 and a girl 2006) . I have a degree in Chemical Engineering and I work as a Process Engineer in a Petroleum Refinery. I love to travel and experience different cultures and foods.I also love Nature and animals very much and I love to be happy and positive at all times . I decided to buy this property in 2012 as a vacation home and at the same time give the opportunity for other vacation lovers to enjoy it as well.

This apartment is located in the heart of Puerto De La Duquesa, which will rid you of needing any transportation to reach the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. and it's few minutes drive to Marbella in one side if you are looking for an upbeat nightlife , and in the other side is Tarifa beach where you can enjoy the best beach in Spain with long white sand stretch , and you can horse back ride on the beach there. Morocco is just a ferry away from Tarifa if you wanna visit north Africa for a day time. Puerto Banus the place for the rich and famous is just 20 min drive from La Dequesa, there you can experrience the lux life style. In Dequesa you can find relaxing and tranquility, its perfect for romantic vacation and also for families.

Great apartment in a fantastic location.

We had a great holiday at this apartment which was a home from home and exactly as shown in the pictures. The Marina is lovely with lots of bars and restaurants. It is a good base for sightseeing around the area. We will definitely paying another visit.

In the middle of life

Found a really good place for spending a combined sightseeing and beach vacation.

Only a few steps from restaurants, bars and beach, it has been a perfect place for an holiday with teenagers.

The appartement is 100% as it is shown at the pictures and we felt very well there!!!

The little harbour becomes to a crowded place in the evening because of the lots of restaurants. The place is noisy till 2 am every night. Which is no problem, if you enjoy nightlife yourself :-)

We have had a car with us (free parking at the public parking space behind the house). Puerto de la Duquesa is a really good starting point for tours in south-west Andalucia.

Our beach days we spent at a beachbar with bedhires only a few steps away from the house. The beach was at no point overcrowded and you can get really good food and drinks at the Cubanga Beach Bar.

Great holiday location

Perfect to return from day trips: Ronda, Gibraltar, Malaga,...2min walk to the beach, plenty of cafes. The apartment is exactly as described and very clean: the balcony was our favorite spot to wake up in the morning and have coffee.

Perfect Location with AMAZING VIEW

I really enjoyed every moment staying here. the view beats anything. you have the whole marina and sea right infront of you. you can just walk down the apt and you're right there where all is happening, you have so many retaurants and bars to choose from just 2 steps away from the apt. and the apt is perfectly located , it's a hub for doing days activies. went to tarifa for horseback riding on the beach. this apt worth is it.

We truly enjoyed the location of the apartment; central to restaurants, port, and beach boardwalks. The apartment itself was as advertised with a realty company located in the complex managing the property. Perfect as a hub for day trips - we decided on Ronda, Cadiz and Tangiers. Nearby horseback riding and sail ship adventures in neighbouring towns of Caseres and Estepona were affordable and flexible to meet our schedule. In short, we hope to return.

Property is only 30 minutes drive to one of the best beaches in Spain (TARIFA), where you can ride horses right on the beach, kitesurf and other water activies. you could aslo enjoy a day trip to Tangier, Morrocco.

If you are looking for wild night life, Marbella and Puerto Banus is only 20 minutes drive where you can enjoy exciting upbeat nightlife.
