Nice 1 bedroom,living room w/American kitchen & terrace on the sea

Nice and newly refurbished 1 bedroom south west facing apartment, directly on the sea in the small & quiet village of Callao Salvaje. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a small 2 floor building, 1st line on the sea with fantastic views on la Gomera, El Hierro & La Palma. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed (can be made into 2 beds), a wardrobe, a fully equipped american kitchen,a bathroom,a nice lounge (with ventilator) with a 37' plasma TV, decodeur for german channels, a DVD player, a CD player & a nice balcony with a table, 2 chairs, a sunbed & stunning sea views. Your tranquillity is guaranteed! The only notice will be the sound of the birds and of the sea!!

Services nearby: Bus & taxi stations, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, permanent medical service 24 hours, chemist, rent a cars, promenades, beach. there are numerous beaches and activities within a 10 min drive like Playa del Duque, Playa Fañabe, Playa las Americas.

Golf: Costa Adeje Golf and Abama Golf Course are both situated only at 10 mn drive away.

When you exit the apartment, if you go right, you can reach to the centre of town in 5 minutes, and relax at a terrace sipping your coffee and eating your croissant (2 French bakeries in Callao), OR

if you go left, you can take a morning walk along the sea, cross an abandoned banana plantation (and eat bananas right from the tree - it is like caviar! so precious and tasty!), and breathe an exceptionally pure air, as there are no roads close by in that direction. You can also bathe in the small rocky beaches if you want.

CLEANING: Possible intermediary cleaning during your journey at an extra cost of 40€.

DEPARTURE / ARRIVAL: The apartment is available from 02PM onwards.

Departures should not take place after 10AM in order to unable to clean the apartment. However, if there is no arrival until later in the day or the following day, departure can take place at any time on request.

Unrivalled sea views and quiet location

The apartment is as described and the views did not disappoint- much appreciated as this aspect was the deciding factor when we made the choice to book this property.The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything was good quality and worked well.We enjoyed cooking our evening meals and eating on the balcony-all very easy and convenient. We found the supermarket Hyper Trebor ( just by the motorway junction) to be even better than Mercadona-easy to park too!

The host was very welcoming and clearly cares that those who stay here should have a relaxing holiday. We would heartily recommend this apartment for those seeking a quiet break in comfortable, secure surroundings. This is a far nicer location than any we saw in our week in the area. However, in our view,Calleo Salvaje itself has little to recommend it in terms of facilities or environment- not a problem for us as we had a rented car and there are plenty of options for restaurants and sea front walks near by.

Great seaview, charming and relaxing place

This charming 1 bedroom apartment has everything you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, but the "must" is the seaview from the balcony overlooking La Gomera and El Hierro and the "Peace" of Sueno Azul. The apartment is very well equipped and nothing is missing.

It is close to Las Americas (5mn by car) and you can go everywhere very easily. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, swimmingpools, doctor, bus station are at walking distance (500m)

We would highly recommend this apartment adn would not hesitate to come back next year !

Luminosa, pulita, accogliente, vista assolutamente favolosa sull' oceano, rumore oceano e uccelli

Tutto perfetto! Appartamento accogliente, pulito e luminoso. Letto e cuscini comodissimi, anche divano. Vista imprendibile sull'oceano, tranquillità assoluta. Solo uccelli e oceano! La sera sole in terrazza. canali tv solo in tedesco., ma istallazione su richiesta. Paesino carino con qualche ristorante, negozietto e supermercato. Bellissimi i 2 negozi brasiliani. Tuttavia è più conveniente a Los christianos e c è più scelta ovviamente.

Die Wohnung liegt an ruhiger Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5min. zu Fuss. Nathalie (Vermieterin) ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Mir hatte es an nichts gefehlt. Waren sehr schöne Ferien.

Ps: Sonne erst nach Mittag, dafür endloser Sonnenuntergang am Abend (Februar)

Callao is a small village right on the ocean, which is liked for its natural environment. Situated in the peaceful and relaxing residential area of Sueno Azul in Callao Salvaje, the resort is very safe for families. If the sun is going to shine, it’s going to shine here in Callao Salvaje, averaging more sunshine than any other part of the island. It is also part of the Pearl Coastline that runs from La Caleta to the up market resort of Los Gigantes. 10min from all major attractions (La Caleta, Las Americas), you will find nice beaches, hiking, bars, restaurants, shops, music, theatres, casinos etc.. It has a good bus connection and plenty of taxis. In the village, there is a medical service opened 24hours, a pharmacy, many bars, restaurants, banks, tea room, cafes, ice cream parlour. The new Callao Sport Hotel is just 5 minutes away with its Spa facilities, bars, weekly BBQ and tennis courts. The area is quiet and friendly yet is close enough to the night life of Las Americas
