These properties are designed to be homes from home. These premises have been totally refurbished to an extremely high standard. Each apartment has brand new kitchen, shower and toilet facilities. There are fitted carpets throughout. All windows are double-glazed, providing a warm, comfortable and peaceful living environment. All linen and towels are provided, as well as all good quality equipment such as microwaves, irons, hairdryers etc.

Each apartment is furnished to the same fashionable and comfortable standard as shown in the photographs.

The location is ideal for travelling into London, with a direct link to St Pancras International station and Luton airport via Crofton Park Railway Station

Apartment 1 is situated on the first floor and has its own front door at street level. The apartment is split level with the lower floor providing a double bedroom, with double bed and the bathroom with toilet and shower. The higher floor provides a second double bedroom, with 2 single beds and a kitchen/dining room. There is a flat screen TV in each bedroom.

The dining room is furnished with a table and chairs to seat 6 and 2 sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. This converts easily to accommodate 2 additional people. There is also a flat screen TV.

The apartment has an excellent kitchen with a gas hob and electric oven, fridge, washer dryer, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. The crockery, cutlery and glassware are of good quality. All linen is provided including towels.

The location is ideal for travelling into London, with a direct link to St Pancras International station and Luton airport from Crofton Park railway station.

We stayed at the apartment for two days and it was perfect. the owners could not be more helpful. we found everything we needed and it was spotlessly clean. top facilities regarding kitchen and shower room. plenty of shops and cafe's nearby. easy access to the city centre. would definitely stay again and will recommend this apartment to family and friends.

Great apartment!

We were in London for a family vacation, three of us for nine nights. So glad we opted to stay in this apartment instead of a hotel. The price was terrific, the location perfect - a bus stop directly outside the door and the train a few steps away. No longer than 15 minutes to get downtown. The apartment was clean and sunny and in good working order. Angela and Graham are friendly and hospitable. I would recommend this to a friend in a minute!

Excellent place to stay while visiting London.

We spent great 5 days at Graham Lawrence's apartment.

My wife and I stayed with our daughter and son in law. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. The kitchen included a washer and dryer. We only missed a coffeemaker.

The two bedrooms are comfortable and the neighbourhood is safe and has two grocery stores and restaurants in the same block.

The train station Crofton Park is half a block from the apartment and takes you to Blackfriars station in central London's south bank in 15 minutes.

Graham and his wife were very helpful.

I would not hesitate to recommend this place and I will deffinitively go back when I visit London again.

Beautiful apartment

My family had the best time in London. Big part of that was our fantastic stay at apartment 4. We really enjoyed the space and we never felt cramped with our family of 5. The apartment was very clean and modern. Angela was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend it. Bus drops you off at front door and train station very close by. Grocery stores and take away food right outside.

We booked the top floor apartment, very nice, and with everything a person would need away from home. Location to public transport into the heart of the city is super, with the bus right at the front door, and the train station just 3 minutes away. Our stay was great with a cardio workout everyday, perfect place for the price for our stay in London. Lu Ann Wilcox

Beautiful apartment. Great facilities. Awesome!

Was a beautiful apartment with a great view. Host was lovely. We had all the things we needed. We had the attic apartment which meant a lot of stairs but we didnt mind. Very warm and cosy. Internet was good. Was perfect for the first half of our trip.
