The casita consists of one main room with a bedroom and a bathroom off it..In the sitting room there is a bed settee, with a TV which is connected to a sattelite which picks up English, French, German and Spanish TV channnels. There is also WIFI. The main feature is the outside space. There are 2 terraces, one on the roof, from where you have great views of the mountains, and a larger one by the pool great for al fresco dining. The casita nestles amongst orange and

lemon groves.

It is secluded . with a large private pool 7x4m.

A beautiful little gem!

Cas Carboner was absolutely georgous and the owners extremely welcoming and helpful. The booking process was very straightforward and queries answered promptly via e-mail. The casita, inside and out, was exceptionally clean and had all you need for a fabulous stay. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The internal space was perfect for 2 adults or a small family and has a lovely traditional feel to it but is beautifully decorated and includes all mod cons. The outside space is something else, just amazing. Set in a large garden with many lemon and orange trees together with a few plum, peach and apple trees. The owners encourage you to pick and eat as much of the fruit as you like and there is certainly plenty of it. We had a constant supply of fresh orange juice, made by using the simple to use electric juicer in the kitchen, and more fruit than you could possibly get through. There is a wonderful covered terrace with a large table and 4 comfy dining chairs as well as 2 sunbeds and a large umbrella on the extensive terracing surrounding the fantastic pool. The views of the Tramuntana Mountains are amazing, even more so on the 1st floor roof terrace. The pool is kept spotlessly clean by Andres who comes around every couple of days to water the plants and check all is ok. He is very unobtrusive but it is nice to know someone is on hand should there be any problems. If you need to stay in touch with the 'real world' the Wi-Fi is excellent but don't waste too much time looking down at your screen, you don't know what you might miss!! We saw several Red Kite's overhead as well as a Booted Eagle and an Osprey and that was just whilst sitting on the patio! The location of the casita is perfect. A 15 minute pleasant, flat stroll takes you to the main square in Soller which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from and a lovely laid back atmosphere. We also walked down to the Port which took approx 45 minutes by road or a little longer if you chose the more scenic country path. If you enjoy walking there are many more walks in the area to chose from. We hired a car from the airport but the vehicular access to the casita is very narrow so you may want to park on the road outside. This was never a problem to us and the parking is free and unlimited. All in all this is a wonderful place to stay and we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you Andres and Juana for such a warm welcome and an amazing stay in your beautiful little casita!

Heaven !

My wife and I stayed here for two weeks and loved every minute. We spent the vast majority of the time outdoors, soaking up the sun, dipping in and out of the pool, gazing at the mountains and listening out for the train winding it's way to Palma. The casita is very well looked after and everything you need, Juana and Andres are very welcoming and only too happy to help. A short walk away are Sa Frontera and Bar Stop, a bit further on are the Supermarkets Eroski and Bip. If you're a bit more adventurous, the Port is an easy 40 minute walk away and the surrounding hills and mountains are criss-crossed with paths to let you go exploring. We had a wonderful, relaxing time in this beautiful part of the island.

Fantastic casita in an excellent location

This casita is perfect for two people. The pool and views are absolutely excellent and the villa is very well fitted out. Juana and Andres are very nice people and quick to respond with any query. Fresh oranges to prepare juice was a real treat and there were several other fruits to enjoy.

We had reservations about the location of the casita but needn't have been concerned as it was perfectly situated. A fifteen minute stroll to Soller town which has a few restaurants on the way and also it is on the GR221 which takes you on to wonderful walks to the port, Fornalutx and Biniaraitx . There is a restaurant called Sa Frontera just outside the casita which is very competitive but unfortunately only open until 5.00pm - hopefully they will extend that. this was a very memorable holiday.

Fabulous stay at this brilliantly well equipped villa. The owners Juana and Andres were delightful and very helpful. The villa is idyllic in its location, situated in the middle of a citrus grove with the mountain back drop. A short walk (10-15mins) into Soller and ideally placed for visiting the west coast of the island. Great experience!

A perfect place to enjoy Soller. I'm currently sitting on the terrace on the last day of our holiday, and will be very sorry to leave. Small casita with amazing pool surrounded on all sides by the Tramuntana mountains. You can even see the little train from Palma wind its way around the side of the mountain on its way to town. A 15 minute walk to the square and 5 minute walk to the supermarket. Hosts Juana and Andrias are very friendly. I'll definitely consider it again next time I visit Mallorca.

 The house is well served by buses stop 5 minutes and the train station 15 minutes with the tram next to you on the port of Sóller with extraordinary journey.

The house found her wrapped fruit trees from which you can enjoy the typical orange soller, being surrounded by trees you can enjoy a great privacy with no neighbors around


You can find a large supermarket 5 minutes walk where you can find all kinds of food, drinks and grooming utensils

The center which is about 15 minutes walk different shops, bars, restaurants and banks.

Places of interest.

In soller we can find a tram and train a century old, its beautiful church and typical stone houses.

The peoples who in vueltan as fornalutx deia and binaraix are some nice places to get lost and enjoy its charm for a few hours

May find 5 minutes by car or taking the tram with a stop next you find easily
