The apartment is in a fantastic period building, positioned in the heart of Westminster. It is a sleek, bright, and very comfortable one bedroom accommodation on the second floor– with lift. It has just been entirely refurbished with the most up-to-date equipment. The lounge is bright, comfortable with TV, sofas, and chairs. The sofa in the lounge is a pull-out and can accommodate a third guest if needed.

The kitchen is all new with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob/oven, and microwave. The dining area has a glass dining table and four chairs and is open to the kitchen. The bedroom has a queen size bed and good storage. The bathroom has a shower stall, wash hand basin, and loo–all excellent quality. Westminster Tube Station is five minutes away, and St. James’s Park Station is just around the corner.

This is an ideal flat for 2 persons.

Very conveniently located within Westminster

I reserved this place via the HomeAway site and was pleased with the experience, which was much nicer then a hotel. The unit was very spacious with a living room and kitchen as a bonus. Very close to all forms of transportation and many historical sites as time permitted some exploration.

The property management staff was very helpful and met me at the door, to ensure I was checked in comfortably.

excellent place to stay in London

This apartment is a rare find, and it has enhanced our already excellent vacation. Everything about it - the location, the layout - was a plus. The apartment is clean, well planned so that one has some privacy, warm, quiet, safe. The people are very helpful, easily reached by phone, return calls promptly. Thank you to everyone who made our vacation pleasant and relaxed. We are looking forward to working with you again.

Perfect for a London Get-a-Way

The flat on Matthew Parker Street was perfect. It was a great location, and central to everything we wanted to do. It was nice having it tucked down a quiet street, but only a block from Westminster Abby, tube and Big Ben. We were especially pleased that there was a concierge available (who received one of our missing bags when it was delivered by BA while we were out). The close proximity to pubs and eateries and the park made it very enjoyable.

Great Location and Value

Flat was as advertised. Great communication with the let in person. We texted from St James station and we were walking through the front door 5 minutes later. Our son stayed the weekend on the foldout in the living room so we had 3 people using the flat. Building felt very secure and the neighborhood is very nice. 1/2 block to St James Park, less than that to Westminster Abbey. Flat was clean and all appliances worked well. During the week the neighborhood was bustling from about 7 a.m. on. On weekends it was peaceful pretty much all day unless you went over by the Abbey which is always crazy. We found St James tube station to be more convenient than navigating through traffic and people at Westminster.

Great flat for exploring London

Stayed here for a week with my son who wanted to go to London for his 16th birthday. While there isnt much of a neighborhood and its right in the middle of a business district, it's also right across the street from Westminster Abby, Parlament and easy walking to the Eye, Whitehall area et al. Great location for getting out and about. For a trip with my bride i choose something an bit pricier but this was great for our needs on this trip

Location

A successful trip to London has a lot to do with location. Well, our new flat certainly fills the bill. Rarely does a visitor to London have the opportunity to walk out his front door and find Westminster Abbey and St. Margaret’s Church just across the street and right next door. Just past the Abbey, are the Houses of Parliament and Westminster Hall. St. James’s Park and Buckingham Palace are to the left, and Whitehall leading to Trafalgar Square is just up the street. Westminster Bridge and London Eye are just in front. How is that for location? Amazing.
