Directly across the street is the beginning of the beautiful East Creek Trails that can lead you on a short hike or take you all the way to Snowmass or Marble.

Splash and Dine at the Redstone Inn (2 min away)- Restaurant and bar offer fine dining, bar seating, seasonal poolside seating and drinks. Outdoor pool is available for public use from 10:00am to 4:00pm 7 days a week and opens Memorial Day Weekend. The Redstone Inn hosts Family Night every Wednesday from 3:00pm to 7:00pm during the summer season. The pool, hot tub and tennis courts are open to the public at no charge during this time.

Explore nearby Marble, CO (21 min away)- A sleepy hamlet where some of the finest marble in the world has been mined, including that used in the Lincoln Memorial and Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Washington, D.C. Marble is also home of the famous Crystal Mill which can be visited by foot, mountain bike or jeep tour. SUP rentals allow exploration of beautiful Beaver Lake. See the West Elk Loop Scenic and Historic Byway (0 min away)-The route begins in Carbondale, travels through Redstone, going next to Paonia, Hotchkiss and Crawford and then on to Crested Butte. It has been described by a forest ranger as "the closest you can come to a wilderness experience in a passenger car." The 204 miles of two-lane roads through rural western Colorado touches three designated Wilderness Areas and passes through thousands of acres of National Forest.
