The location is wonderful and Devon is one of the nicest streets in Westwood.The building has great charm and character.The first time I drove down Devon I said to my self that I would love to own an apartment building on this street. I am very lucky.
The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything.You can walk a lot of places or take the bus ,which is very close.
A charming apartment, spacious and quiet, comfortable and well furnished. The owner is terrific to work with. It was our second stay and we look forward to returning!

Your apt provided just enough space for the two of us, parking in the garage was very convenient, and everything we needed was just a short drive away. You were just a phone call away to answer all our questions. Coin operated laundry was on property and available every time we needed it. Thank you for giving us the privacy we wanted. Will definitely stay again when we come back!!
This is a very clean, and tastefully decorated apartment in a great location. The very quiet and effective window air conditioner in the bedroom was somewhat effective for the rest of the house, but we were there when the outside temps were 85+. My only discomfort was being forced to spend an extra $100 for a $5000 damage insurance policy. I asked the owner and she said it was her choice and not a VRBO demand. There is no way to refuse this extra 'tax'. Hotels always take a swipe of your card for extra charges when needed. That seems more reasonable. I also recommend the owner add her cell phone info to the sheet of instructions in the room. The number in the confirmation is apparently a land line to her business and it kept rolling over to the fax when I tried to contact her to advise of our departure. Except for these quirks I would highly recommend this property.
This is a well equiped, beautifully maintained apartment. The kitchen is fully staffed, air conditioner in the bedroom, full screen TV in the living room, literally everything you would need to live comfortably. We were in LA during a heat wave and after talking to the owner learned the bedroom air conditioner could cool the whole apartment. Walking to Clementine's Cafe is easy and worth it for their blueberry muffins. I would definitely stay here again.
Its location was just a mile from my son's apartment so it was a convenient location.
I enjoyed this peaceful, private, cozy, comfortable apartment for 3 and half months. I hope to return next year. I found it to be a perfect location for my work at Fox Studio. As a New Yorker, I could also choose to walk to the mall or grab a lunch at the wonderful CLEMENTINE'S Cafe. The roof deck on the garage was a great place to relax and enjoy the sunset. The kitchen was well appointed and the wifi and Netflixs worked seamlessly. It truly became a home. The owner was always responsive and helpful, but also respectful of my privacy. It was a great rental!
This was a great apartment for our week in L. A. The location was perfect and everything felt private and restful after our days filled with activity. The owner was available if we had a question, but was unobtrusive otherwise. We would definitely stay here again.
