The location is wonderful and Devon is one of the nicest streets in Westwood.The building has great charm and character.The first time I drove down Devon I said to my self that I would love to own an apartment building on this street. I am very lucky.

What makes this apartment unique

The neighborhood is quiet but close to everything.You can walk a lot of places or take the bus ,which is very close.

Lovely apartment in great neighbourhood. Well appointed with everything one would need.

The flat was lovely, and the owner was clear and concise with regards to the keys entry and exit. I was very impressed that all the utensils and cooking equipment was available as well as a big assortment of dishes. The space was clean and well cared for. I would rate this 4.5 stars but cannot do a half star. The half star missing was due to 3 points:

1. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom and there was no soap for the shower or sink.

2. The mattress topper on tugboat accesible side of the bed was over used and needs replacing. The issue simply solved by sleeping on the other side but does need attending to.

3. The pilot light in the stove does not ignite the front burners.

The above are not big items but directly affect daily routines.

Again as a an overall grade 4.5 stars and would most definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious!

Upon entering the apartment I was happy to see that it looked exactly as the pictures showed. I had chosen this apartment for the area and the vintage style. It was very comfortable and homey. Everything we needed was there for us. The kitchen was a delight to cook in. I was able to make my sons favorite eggplant parmigiana in the vintage oven. The bed was very comfortable. There is plenty of natural lighting in the whole apt.. The weather was in the 40’s so we were happy that the heater worked so well in cold nights. Overall it was great, we stayed for 5 days. I would definitely stay here again. Sincerely,Camey😃💙🌻

Perfectly situated, roomy, comfortable place with every convenience

My husband and I stayed here for three weeks in January while he was teaching at UCLA. The proximity to UCLA is fantastic, yet you're completely out of the mad traffic of Westwood (not to mention the gazillion students having a blast in their off hours, God bless them). There are several excellent markets within minutes by car. The neighborhood is very quiet and pleasant and feels completely safe. Cynthia is a wonderful hostess--immediately responsive, kind, helpful and generally a good person. The internet works well, you get Netflix and Hulu, street parking is easy--Cynthia supplies a permit--but there's also an enclosed garage space just for you. And the deck is great! There are a couple of other residents in the small building, yet it feels private. We had a delightful stay. We will be back.

Clean and pleasant

I found the apartment very pleasant and clean. It was well equipped. I found everything I neeeded. I especially appreciated the good quality bed linen and towels.

The communication with Cynthia was easy.

Great location / owner could not be any nicer

I did not get the apartment that I initially rented because a long term tenant was still occupying ... I had the choice of two other apartments in the same building ... I took upstairs because it looked brighter ... Linens and bed very nice but apartment was not clean.... Tub doesn't drain well... Floor not swept in a while ... Just basics were not up to my standards but I'm kind of picky ... I wish it would have been better

Great location in quiet neighborhood

Charming older apartment with plenty of space for business travelers or vacationers alike. Very comfortable king bed. Walkable to dining and shops in Century City or Westwood. Garage parking. Would definitely stay again.
