A nice big and renovated house of 3 floors with all you need to live, plus a swimming pool with a garden and a private terrace. Moreover, the house have a garage and all the fornitures are new.

Perfect for the summer and for the winter, big and light rooms.

Flott hus me alt du trenger

Flott hus med god plass og alt en trenger. Bra beliggenhet rett ved motorveien, skal du kun være i Alicante området slipper du også alle bompengene som påløper når du skal mot Benidorm. Romslige soverom og en kjempestor loftstue. Kjøkken med alt som behøves av utstyr for å lage mat.

Lovely well-equipped house

We stayed in this house for the whole month of July 2013 and had a lovely time. Our family has a tradition of coming to Spain every year to enjoy the summer together. We normally rent a house, and this one is the best house so far. With moderate size, the house has everything you need for a big family: beds, rooms, kitchenware, furniture and also a big pool outdoor which is regularly cleaned. The beach in San Juan is clean, safe, and fantastic on days that without waves and so it is perfect for family holiday. There is a big Carrefour nearby so food shopping is easy, fresh and cheap. We also had lovely and kind neighbours who are happy to help whenever we need.

We would definitely come back next time. We would really like to see some improvement in the beds (beds are enough for 8 people, but not in the same size and not of greatest quality), and also some environmental control as there are a number of mosquitoes in the house.

Casa super práctica, cómoda, limpia y bonita¡¡

Estuve con mis hijos y mi marido, la cocina está muy bien equipada, tiene un super mercado al lado, al que puedes ir andando a comprar, es muy tranquila pero con el pueblo al lado por si necesitas cualquier cosa.

Fuimos en invierno y hacía muy buen tiempo, la playa estaba impresionante, incluso mi marido se baño.

Situated in a nice and calm residential area in San Juan de Alicante/ Sant Joan d’Alacant, city of 22,000 inhabitants. It is very close to San Juan Beach, only 2,5 km. 6 km to the Alicante city, 25 to Benidorn and 25 to Elche which is UNESCO World Heritage City because of its Palmeral (the biggest European landscape of groves Palms). You can access to all these cities and more by motorway.

In addittion, there is a Hospital, the University and a big Shopping Centre very close, around 1 km far away.

San Juan Beach: Nice and fantastic seven-kilometre-long sand Beach only 5 min far away by car. San Juan beach is a long, open beach about 7 kilometres in length and with an average width of 85 meters.

There are many facilities at the beach, including showers, volleyball nets, beach bars (chiringitus), pedal boat hire, parking, children's playground, etc. There are dozens of restaurants lined all along the promenade, allowing beach goers to not only spend the day on San Juan Beach.
