It’s not a corporate let therefore you will find it really a family home. The property is suitable for both young children and disabled because there is a modern lift. There is also a generator which is operated straight away if there is a power failure. Amongst three bedrooms two of them are en suite and next to third bedroom there is a common bathroom. All the bathrooms and kitchen have provisions for both hot and cold water.
The entire property is centrally air conditioned so if you visit Dhaka even in the hot summer you will feel comfortable. The location of the apartment is without any building in its vicinity and it is also Lake Front so you will get plenty of lights and fresh air.
