The large 2nd floor is the main living area & features an open floor plan with the family room open to the dining area and kitchen area. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the 2nd floor with one of the bedrooms having a private bath which serves as a 2nd master. The entire third floor is the Grand Master Suite w/ balcony & beach view. Master bath has granite counters and granite spa tub, Travertine floors, Travertine shower & large walk-in closet. The 1st floor has grand foyer w/ 2nd living area and full bath. The backyard is fenced for privacy and has a covered patio. The home is walking distance to the beach and local restaurants and to the community pool with spa and tennis courts. Walking distance to Clayton's Beach Bar and Grill, the largest beach bar in Texas with food, drinks and entertainment with fireworks every Friday and Saturday night April through September. You can enjoy the fireworks display from the home's balconies or walk to Clayton's. Maximum of 3 cars will be allowed to stay at the property.

It is absolutely magnificent with all the amenities. It is a great place for family gatherings to relax and enjoy the beach and pool; go fishing, water sports and to dine at the finest restaurants. You can enjoy viewing a firework display from the balcony every Friday and Saturday evening from April thru September!

Located in the prestigious gated subdivision, The Villas which is guarded 24 hours a day and has a fabulous community pool with spa and sunbathing area, tennis courts, playground area and is just walking distance to the beach! Master bedroom encompasses the entire 3rd floor with sitting area and a private balcony. Master bath has a spa tub, Travertine shower, granite double vanity and walk-in closet.

Great living areas with large TV's in both living areas and in the master bedroom.

What makes this house unique

Upscale guarded & gated subdivision with grand heated community pool with spa and large lounging area with covered pergola, tennis courts and playground for the kids. The home has a large fenced yard and a patio on the first floor with table and chairs. There are balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors with seating. Beautiful views!

Kitchen and all baths have granite counters. Kitchen has stainless appliances: refrigerator/freezer, smooth top range with convection oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and is fully equipped with appliances, pots and pans, and dishes.

Clean, very short walking distance to beach, beautiful home!

We spent our honeymoon here and I'm so glad we did! We were here from Oct 2-6 and we practically had the area to ourselves. The private access to the beach was awesome!!! :) There was a bottle of champagne and a very nice card waiting for us when we got in. It was a very memorable stay, lovely.

Great House in a Great Location

My family and I recently stayed at this property. It's a great house, with more than enough room for 2 families, both with young children. The house has been very well maintained and is in great condition. Although we never turned the TVs on, there are several tv's in the house. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook at home. The fenced backyard is great for the kids. Most importantly is the location. It's at the north end (more quiet end of the island) and in a gated community with 24 hour security. The house is a very short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to the community pool. The garage is stocked with coolers, chairs and two wagons that proved immensely helpful when heading down to the beach. There are also boogie boards and a wide assortment of sand toys for the kids to play with. Although we never used it, the community also has a playground for the kids. We had a great stay, and were even able to watch the Friday and Saturday night fireworks on the beach from the balconies, which the kiddos loved. The house also has wifi, which worked great and was very helpful for a couple of us that needed to stay connected with work. The only real improvement I can think of for the house, would be to invest in a blue tooth speaker device, by which renters can play music / Pandora directly from their phones. The house does have a stereo, but its a little dated and not up to date with currently technology. This is a very small complaint, and it would be an easy upgrade for the owner. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to South Padre.

Great Location and Fantastic Space

Three families shared this nice, quiet and clean 4 bedroom 3 bathroom home for 4 days. The location to the beach was wonderful. There was a pathway right to the beach which was no more than 1 block from the home. In addition there were showers to clean up from the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. We went the first week of Aug of 2017.

The owner arranged to have discount tickets to Schlitterbahn which we used!

The beds were comfy and in the configuration to accommodate 3 couples.

In the kitchen you had access to many pots, plates....short on wine glasses and cutting knives. The table had 6 chairs so we brought in one from outside and used the kitchen stools for the small kids.

The entire house is tiled so it was easy to clean.

A full size washing machine and dryer were available which is always an added plus.

We never used the pool, tennis courts or playground....the beach was soo great!

Christmas at the beach

Beautiful large home that accomodated my family very nicely. The wagon in the garage with the beach toys was a nice touch. The very short walk to the private beach entrance was perfect. We were able to cook a full Christmas dinner in the large open kitchen. We were missing a few items that you do not think about until you do not have them, like a potato masher or large carving knife, but we were able to make due with what was available. I would definitely recommend this home for a large group with the 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, two living areas and three levels. Claytons just down the beach was a nice big open area to have a cold drink and people watch. The indoor Schlitterbahn was open. It is a little pricey considering they really only have two slides, a kiddie pool area and the river. We found buy one get one free admission in the Dine & Shop brochure at the Blue Marlin grocery store that eased the cost quite a bit. Overall very enjoyable vacation.

Great Space!

We had 4 couples at the house, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool and beach were so close, and the neighborhood was quiet. There was plenty of room in the garage and driveway for our Texas-size trucks. We did have a small issue when we first arrived, but the management company and owner resolved it very quickly. I highly recommend the property for your next beach vacation.

We all had a great time. The house was very beautiful,comfortable and well kept.If I were to buy in south Padre I would certainly look into this home for retirement and family vacations. The best vacation ever!
