It has large verandas equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, private parking spaces, TV service, laundry, mosquito nets, outdoor showers. The villa has 3 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, kitchen, 3 living rooms with double sofa beds. The villa is rented from June to September (also weekly).(ideal for multiple families or groups). It can accommodate up to 12 people. The exclusivity of being very close to the night clubs is a few steps from the promenade and the beautiful beaches of Baia Verde but outside the summer chaos with a private passage through a beautiful private pine forest that leads directly from the villa to the beach.

Buona posizione e comoda sistemazione

Buona posizione a baia verde, vicinissima al parco gondar e alle discoteche, ottimo per chi vuole partecipare agli eventi, ma può diventare fastidioso durante il festival causa musica continua e a volume elevato. Spiagge e lidi facilmente raggiungibile a pochi minuti a piedi o bici. Struttura grande con un ottima terrazza che permette di stare sempre insieme in un giardino ampio e verde. Molto soddisfatto del soggiorno. Host sempre disponibile, molto chiaro e facilmente raggiungibile. In conclusione: un ottima struttura per giovani gruppi di amici che vogliono vivere la vita notturna e i lidi di baia verde.

Bellissima esperienza

Abbiamo affittato la casa tra amici l'ultima settimana di agosto. Posto confortevole, composto da tre bilocali ognuno con ingresso indipendente. Presenza di un ampio terrazzo dove unire i tavoli e mangiare insieme. Presenza di ampio parcheggio e di un sentiero di 200 metri che porta alla spiaggia di Baia verde. Personale disponibile e accogliente, pulizie eseguite adeguatamente. Lo consiglierei

Ein sehr schönes Objekt mit riesigem Garten und einem schönen angrenzenden Waldstück, das man durchstreift, um an einen wundervollen Strand zu kommen. Das Haus hat 3 separate Wohnungen mit eigenen Eingängen. Jede mit eigener Küche und Bad. Der Vermieter war immer zu erreichen und sehr umsorgt. Ein Auto ist durch die Lage allerdings von Vorteil.

La casa ha una posizione ottimale in quanto vicina al mare e alle discoteche di baia verde (raggiungibili per la maggior parte a piedi). È comodo inoltre il fatto che siano presenti due supermercati nelle vicinanze, anch’essi raggiungibili a piedi in 15 minuti.
