Beautiful direct oceanfront condo. Newly remodeled with hardwood floors and updated ameninties. Balcony and great view from 2nd floor. Quiet. Just steps to beautiful beach. Large heated pool, new beach walk-over, washer/dryer on premises with ice machines. Great location, close to St Augustine, Marineland, restaurants and lighthouse. One block from intracoastal also with boat rentals and fishing. King bed in master with queen pullout. Sleeps 4 to 5 comfortably. Full Kitchen, ceiling fans, beach chairs to use at no charge, tv/dvd in every room. WiFi . Beautiful place.

We insure that the unit is spotless and well-stocked for our guests. We believe it's the best value on the beach for a newly-remodeled direct ocean-front condo. We stay full and our guests always have great things to say about their stay.

Our newly remodeled condo is located directly on Crescent Beach. Located off scenic A1A. The intracoastal waterway is across the street for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Interstate 95 is a 7 minute drive away. Marineland is 5 minutes South of us and the historic downtown area is less than a 10 minutes drive.
