THE SEA HOUSE is located right on the seafront of the much sought after Seagrove Bay, with beautiful views out across the bay and The Solent. It has the wow factor throughout - internally and externally - and is well equipped to a high standard. There is plenty of room to relax with a huge open plan downstairs living area with double doors opening onto a stone terrace and private enclosed garden, giving direct access to the beach which is sandy and safe for all ages.
Extra features include Wi-Fi, 42' SKY+ TV in the lounge, and SKY+ TVs in the Master Bedroom and Study, a first floor sea-facing balcony, wine cooler, games area, outside beach shower, B-B-Q and garden furniture. Sleeps 8 in three double en-suite bedrooms and a fourth triple children's bedroom comprising of bunk beds and a single 2'6" child's bed. A single chair sofa bed is available in one of the double bedrooms. There is a large separate family bathroom. The Master and VIP bedrooms are sea-facing, opening on to a balcony which runs along the whole width of the house, with panoramic views of Seagrove Bay and beyond. There is also a light and airy study with patio doors opening onto the balcony. The charming village of Seaview, with its well known sailing facilities, is only a short walk away.
Yet again a wonderful stay in a truly beautiful house in the perfect location. The Sea House never fails to deliver all that you would expect in a 5 star property. We have made more special memories with great friends. The little town of sea view is lovely with all you could want in a break. We can hardly wait to return to The Sea House and enjoy the spectacular views.
Our third time staying at this excellent property. The views, the peace, the quality and the cleanliness of the property are exceptional.

The house was perfect for our needs - a family holiday. The beach is at the bottom of the garden and so the toddlers were happy; the living area is completely open plan and a good size with lots of light and very comfortably furnished; the kitchen is stocked with everything that you might require; the bedrooms are all a good size with four nicely furnished and equipped bathrooms. There is plenty of comfortable outside furniture, a shed of children's toys and an excellent gas barbeque The house is situated at the end of a very bumpy road which means that only residents use it so very quiet indeed, however, it is close enough to walk into the village, either along the beach or by road.
Sally was there on our arrival and gave us a guided tour and ensured that we had all that we needed and her contact numbers - very helpful.
I would recommend this house to families who want a relaxing holiday on the beach with home from home comforts but also want to explore the Island or sail. It is an extremely comfortable house with lots of thought given to guests' needs and requirements. We had a wonderful time!
This is our second visit to The Sea House, having had such a wonderful time during our first visit some 18 months before and The Sea House delivered once again. The property is appointed to an exceptionally high standard through-out, is spotlessly clean (which is important for us) and well maintained. It is easy to feel comfortable holiday in this property. We cannot recommend this beautiful home enough.

The Sea house proved to be the perfect retreat from a busy world.
This was our second visit ti this beautiful house, located right on the beach at sea view. We enjoyed lazy breakfasts in the panoramic window overlooking the sea, which were cooked on the aga. In the evenings we visited local restaurants and would specially recommend Olivios in Ryde. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a change of pace for all the family.
Our second visit and just as good. Absolutely stunning. Location, location really counts - right on the sea front. The views over the bay are fantastic. Will certainly visit again.
Seaview, aptly named for its extensive view of the Solent, is one of the most sought after locations on the Isle of Wight and is the home of the famous Seaview Yacht Club which holds an annual Regatta in August. It has several safe sandy beaches which are ideal for swimming, paddling, sailing or just strolling along, and is next to the picturesque Hersey Nature Reserve. There is windsurfing on nearby Duver Beach.
Seaview Village has a good selection of shops, a chemist, art galleries, churches and excellent restaurants, cafes, pubs, and is only a few minutes' walk away. Within a few miles of the village there are several riding schools, golf courses, a wildfowl park and a bird park.
