Sleeps 8-9. Very Spacious 3 Bedroom 2 Bath w/patio, full kitchen and living rm.

Located on the second story & was built to be my home. Every attention to detail was taken! From the oversized master bedroom to the full size kitchen with custom cabinets & concrete countertops. All 3 of our bedrooms are equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows, ceiling fans, a sitting area and a reading lamp. There are 2 full bathrooms, each with a shower/tub. We do have a rollaway type bed available. Please request (if needed) at time of booking.

You will truly enjoy staying here! The views from this apartment cannot be beat! There is a 500sq. ft deck attached where you can sit & enjoy the canyon while you barbecue, have cocktails, or look down on Springdale to see what's happening in town!

About Josh and Zabrina VanderWerff

I moved to Springdale in 1990 with my family from Salt Lake City. It was the best thing that ever happened to me! Other than a few winters in Park City, I lived on this property from the spring of 1992 through spring 2013. In 2005 My father & I built this building in the parking lot of the old church, it currently houses Zion Cycles, Zion Mountain School, & our 2 suites. Unit 1 is a 1,000 sq. ft. 2 bedroom 1 bath, & Unit 4 is a 1,800 sq. ft. 3 bedroom 2 bath. Words can not explain how wonderful it is to live in the heart of Springdale & be able to walk everywhere you want to go! I now have a family of my own & we have out grown this building so I would like to share it with all of you...

Fantastic place to stay by Zion!

Two couples shared this home. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the place was pretty and comfortable. Great views and close to the park. I highly recommend this location. Thanks to the hosts for all the small touches too.

Have to admit, I was a little nervous booking a rental above a bike shop as I wasn't really sure what to expect when we arrived - especially since we were coming with some of my wife's best friends.

But, Josh and Zabrina's place is fantastic.

- It's in a great location - really close to Zion entrance, but also can get to lots of nearby restaurants without jumping in the car. We drove into the park, but there is a shuttle stop just steps away.

- Exceptionally well stocked. We had just arrived from a very nice rental in Moab that was unfortunately missing some stuff that I never would have thought we'd need (like tin foil or saran wrap) and was pleasantly surprised that Josh and Zabrina had everything we could have asked for.

- Very quiet. The only time I noticed the bike shop down below was when we first arrived (around 3:00 or 4:00) and one of the owners of the shop trotted out to see if he could help us. Super nice guy - let our kids play with their puppy.

- Master bedroom has beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.

- The place is quite large. We had a party of 10 (4 adults and 6 kids under the age of 8), and we had plenty of room both at bedtime and when everyone was up.

We try to be really considerate guests so we cleaned up really well when we left and by the time we got home a couple days later, our cleaning/damage deposit had already been returned in full.

I highly recommend this VRBO. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

Location is the best!!!

This place has it all: comfort, super friendly and responsive owners, great central

Location in Springdale. You can walk to the market for groceries, a park for the kids, cute shops, great restaurants, and the downstairs cycle shop is very helpful for many things! I would absolutely come back!

Awesome location, great deck!

The property has a very spacious, comfortable feel. Its location to the local Sol Grocery and restaurants is convenient, and we loved the deck. It is right above several businesses (bikes/mountaineering), but the deck's layout felt very private. The master bedroom's deep, jetted tub was awesome. Wish we could have stayed longer, but at least we managed to fit in Angel's Landing and the Observation Point. We hope to be back for a longer stay!

Beautiful, clean, comfortable & gorgeous views

I have NOTHING negative to say about this property! My family of 4 (2 kids - 8 & 13 yrs old) along with our parents and adult brother in law all stayed in this property for 5 nights in April. This was the perfect set up (# of beds, bathrooms and amount furniture) for our party of 7. The condo was so comfortable and clean, and had 360 degrees of beautiful scenery!!!

The location was 1 mile from Zion National Park entrance. So it was great to all hop in the car and drive to the park each day. One day our party split up, 3 of us stayed in the park and the other 4 took our vehicle back to the condo. When the 3 of us were finished hiking, we took the park bus to the visitor center and then hopped on the FREE city Springdale bus into town and it dropped us off right in front of the condo. PERFECT!!

The owners of this property were so helpful from the time of booking and until the very end.

I would HIGHLY recommend this location, and if we were to ever return would rebook this property in a heartbeat!!

One note (not related to the condo...but good to know), is that if you need groceries for your stay, stop in Hurricane, UT at the Wal-Mart on your way into town and get your goodies. There is a grocery store, Sol Food, in Springdale...but it is double to triple the cost of everything!
