CLEARWATER/ST. PETE BEACH AREA, BEACHFRONT CONDO, 3 LARGE BEDROOMS, 3 FULL BATHS, LIKE NEW, CHECK THE REVIEWS. This Gulf Front condo is located on Redington Shores Beach, voted one of the most beautiful beaches, with deep, white sand and crystal blue water. This non-smoking unit is continually updated and has been recently renovated including the living room, furniture, kitchen and bathrooms. The Fall of 2014, the unit was repainted, all new decorations and wall art, kitchen wares replaced and new bedroom furniture installed in all 3 bedrooms....a true show piece, as verified by the reviews. Nice, new flat screens in each room and a new Blue Ray DVD player installed. Also, we replaced the dining chairs with chairs in the Fall of 2015, to make the condo nearly perfect. Located only 15 minutes from the Tampa airport and 90 minutes from Orlando. And, the famous John's Pass is only 5 minutes away and the trolley service is available from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach. See www.PSTA.net for their website. Ride all day for $4.50. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. SATURDAY TO SATURDAY stays required during prime periods (January through Labor Day). Exceptions may be made in the Fall/off-season, based on availability. As you can see from the pictures, everything is like new, as well as the entire development being renovated including new doors, new windows, new elevators, new roof, outside painting and renovated pool and spa area with pavers. The condo looks fantastic, as the pictures will show you. The best location on the beach and it is ON THE BEACH. You can book the unit on-line via the VRBO website. Simple click the 'Book It' button to reserve the condo. Or, you can contact me to make alternate payment arrangements. And, property management and customer service/reservations is on-site to handle all of your needs. You won't be disappointed. Just check out my VRBO reviews from recent guests and you'll see what other guests are saying about my unit. They love it and the great condition.

Accommodations:

3 large master suites with 3 separate bathrooms (two bathrooms with bathtubs), with a King bed, 2 Queen beds and 2 Full size double beds, sleeping 10 adults. Heated pool and Jacuzzi, Tiki Huts, Charcoal grills, Elevators. Large balony with breathtaking views of the Gulf and sunset.

Almost 1,500 square feet of living space, feeling spacious, comfortable and a relaxing vacation home. Enjoy the views from the living room or private balcony, accessed from the living room or Master bedroom.

The Redington Fishing Pier is next door for the avid fisherman. The Pier rents tackle and sells bait and will even help you catch the BIG FISH.

Anglers Cove has been renovated and looks like new. It is the most popular vacation spot in Redington Shores. A charming community near Clearwater Beach and only 5 minutes from Johns Pass and multiple restaurant selections, including the famous Salt Rock.

This unit is located on the 3rd floor, with easy access via elevators or stairs. Baggage Carts and security are provided and the pool and grounds are extremely well maintained by the staff.

The rental agency is on-site to help with any logistical issues, provide directions or restaurant and activities suggestions.

Nearby, there is parasailing, jet skis, scuba diving, deep sea fishing and beach activities.

I promise you, you won't be disappointed as over 80% of our guests are repeat customers.

My family and I enjoyed an absolutely wonderful two weeks at you condo in February. It has everything we could have wanted. Fully stocked kitchen, beach chairs, updated with beautiful decorations, etc., etc. Your restaurant choices you provided us with were outstanding. The balcony for morning coffee, overlooking the pool, hot tub and beach was great and we utilized it every day. And, the views were wonderful. We could be on our deck and watch our kids on the beach or at the pool. Great choice.

Perfect location

Our location was perfect. Beautiful beach, great choice of restaurants, stores, grocery stores.

Condo was well maintained. Great owner and property manager was excellent.

Views were priceless. I would definitely rent again from this location. All pictures of the site matched rental unit.

Roomy condo with excellent location!

Check in was a breeze! The condo is very spacious. The bedrooms are all a nice size with comfortable beds. We enjoyed being so close to the pool as well as steps from the beautiful beach! Scott made the entire rental process stress free.

Nice spacious condo on the gulf

Just got back from condo #202. Clean, spacious, well appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo on the gulf. Flat screen tv's in each bedroom and living room. Nice furniture and lovely decor. Beautiful view from balcony and right next to the pier. Owner and staff very pleasant and prompt with any needs.Would return again.

Beautiful, clean condo and property!!

First of all, we were scheduled to arrive 4 days after hurricane Irma, so you can imagine the uncertainty we were feeling on whether we should travel or not. The property owner Scott was amazing and treated us like he would want to be treated, giving us the option to cancel with a full refund if we were uncomfortable coming, even though he was told there was no damage to the building, electricity was on, and the area was functioning pretty much as normal. We decided to go and found everything as he had said. Secondly, the condo is beautiful! Everything was very nice and clean. Would highly recommend this rental. Thank you Scott and Anglers Cove for a great stay!
