The apartment is located on Rutland Street which is just a few metres from Princes Street. It has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and as such provides a very high standard of accommodation.

The property is accessed from street level down a flight of stairs into a private patio area. The fabulously decorated master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second double bedroom. A fold-out guest bed is also provided so 5 people can be accommodated.

The main shower room has a double-sized shower enclosure. The spacious living/dining room has a large flat screen TV with satellite programming, DVD player and hifi system. There are patio door leading out into the shared patio garden. This quiet haven at the rear of the property has a barbecue and garden furniture so one can sit outside (when the sun shines!) The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and combined washing machine/dryer. Wifi is provided.

Situated on a quiet street just off Princes Street this has to be one of the best locations in the city. Bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep while the Airport shuttle bus stops on Shandwick Place (round the corner) meaning airport to the apartment (door-to-door) takes 30 minutes.

Wonderful location!

We were very pleased with this home! Francois greeted us upon arrival and was very helpful explaining everything to us. The location is excellent with so many attractions, restaurants and pubs nearby.

We found everything we needed in this charming yet modern home. It was very clean and worked perfectly for two couples. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful, comfortable, and the perfect location!

We had a fantastic stay! The flat was in a great location (we could walk to everything), charming, and very spacious. Francois gave us a helpful introduction and provided great recommendations for food and drinks, and we had a great time exploring Edinburgh. We would absolutely recommend this flat and hope to return some day!

Superb centrally located flat

This is a wonderful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom flat with an excellent kitchen and an incredibly spacious and beautiful terrace. It is also centrally located as it is a short walk to Princess Street, the Usher Hall and other cultural spots. We were also well looked after as we were welcomed on arrival. A fantastic hugely enjoyable week at this flat and would love to go back.

Charming, modern apartment in an historic building

We had a wonderful stay;

-Fantastic location, near Edinburgh Castle, museums

-Quiet, despite proximity to major attractions

-Recently redone kitchen
