The apartment is located on Rutland Street which is just a few metres from Princes Street. It has recently undergone a complete refurbishment and as such provides a very high standard of accommodation.
The property is accessed from street level down a flight of stairs into a private patio area. The fabulously decorated master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a second double bedroom. A fold-out guest bed is also provided so 5 people can be accommodated.
The main shower room has a double-sized shower enclosure. The spacious living/dining room has a large flat screen TV with satellite programming, DVD player and hifi system. There are patio door leading out into the shared patio garden. This quiet haven at the rear of the property has a barbecue and garden furniture so one can sit outside (when the sun shines!) The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and combined washing machine/dryer. Wifi is provided.

This condo exceeded our expectations. Francois met us at the condo right after arriving from the airport. It was very clean and very well decorated. It had all the amenities we needed (even umbrellas) and the bathrooms were great and also really clean as well. The location was great, about a 10 minute walk to Grassmarket/Royal Mile. We shared the price with another couple, so for the price and location it was absolutely perfect!

This is a very nice and clean property, very comfortable, with a great outdoor courtyard. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and sites.

We loved our stay here. Located across from Edinburgh Castle and Princes Garden. Easy access to buses , shopping and dining. The flat was quiet and had a beautiful, serene garden out the back door which we were able to enjoy. My husband and I would stay here again.
Situated on a quiet street just off Princes Street this has to be one of the best locations in the city. Bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep while the Airport shuttle bus stops on Shandwick Place (round the corner) meaning airport to the apartment (door-to-door) takes 30 minutes.
