A stones throw away from the open waters of the Gulf of Mexico this vacation home is a boaters dream. No locks or bridges means unobstructed sail boat access and a beautiful water view from your private lanai, living and kitchen area as well as the master bedroom. When in Florida one must enjoy the outdoors and the Bella Mar and surrounding areas allow you to do this to the fullest. Be it shopping in close by malls and outlet stores, boating from one island to another, shelling at one of our many white, sandy beaches, watching birds, fish, pelicans and dolphins whenever possible, cooling off and playing in the private pool or just sitting in the spa and enjoying a gorgeous sunset.
When at the Bella Mar you can relax in a home that is bright and airy, decorated with calming sea colors and a love to details that cannot be missed. Fully supplied and furnished it has everything you might need for the time you get to call it your home. Very nice location

We enjoyed our stay overlooking the canal. The heated pool and hot tub never got warm enough for our taste and it was very hard to read the temp. There were constantly many little ants on the bathroom sink. It would help to label the light switches. Also, need to provide more info on tv.

Restful week

The property was perfect for our time away. We were able to rest and recharge by the pool most of the week. This place is close to a bunch of great places to eat and not too far from the beach. Very clean and great neighborhood to walk.

Perfect Home

We were so impressed with all of the amenities…down to the beach chairs and umbrella. The neighborhood is nice and quiet even though the neighbors are close. It was also conveniently located to stores and restaurants. The layout was perfect and we decided that we could live in a place just like this when we retire.
