Walking distance within five minutes to the Champs Elysées, or the Fbg St Honoré

Exterior Description-

Located on the second floor (American third) of a beautiful traditionally built Haussmanian building (19th century), this five-floor building has only one apartment per floor, and is South West oriented.

Interior Description-

1840 sq ft (170 m2), furnished in a combination of French antiques and modern furniture. Spectacular high ceilings (3,50 m), and a lot of moulding on the walls and ceilings, two working fire places, large antique mirrors. Most of the space is on the façade.

Great location, beautiful apt with lots of space

If you imagine a quintessential Paris apartment with high ceilings, beautiful windows and a gorgeous view, this is it. The apartment building was clean, and a 15 minute ride from Gare du Nord. It was a 10 minute walk to Champs d'Elysees, and 5 minutes to the nearest Metro stop. A convenient grocery store is also 5 minutes away, and starbucks is also close. We were promptly met and given a tour of the apartment. Communication with the owner was easy, and he answered all of my questions by email. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a convenient washing machine and dryer.

The unit does not have air conditioning, but the owner does provide fans for the bedrooms. The building was quiet and we did not encounter any noise during our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We stayed here for New Year. The apartment is only a 10 minute walk from the Metro and also close to supermarkets which open late at night. It is very well equipped with everything you need. We were a party of six adults and the apartment was very spacious. Would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again without hesitation.

Great spacious apartment in the center of Paris

The apartment is very nice, spacious, clean and located centrally. It' s easy to get there, Beatrix is a very friendly woman who welcomed us cordially. We had a great time in Paris with all the shops and reastaurants nearby. We'll come back for sure!!!

Perfect Paris Apartment

The apartment was perfect for our group of six, centrally located, easy access for transportation. Parking was a breeze. Restaurants and groceries close by. It was truly a great experience in a Paris style Apartment. We would definitely return and stay again. JP was very helpful and super accommodating.

Perfect and ultra spacious Paris apartment

This apartment exceeded the expectations for our group of 5. Beatrix met us upon arrival and explained everything, and the helpful manual gave recommendations on local shops, taxi service, etc. We had more than enough space to spread out; the kitchen had every amenity including coffee maker, large refrigerator and freezer, and a table for 6. Beds were extremely comfortable, and doors in each room opened to the wrap arond balcony.

Was within 2 blocks of an excellent bakery, Starbucks, cafes and market, and 10 minutes walk to the Champs Elysses and Arc de Triomphe. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend.

Beautiful Place and Great Location

My fiance and I stayed in the apartment after we got engaged and it was a wonderful place to spend an engagement moon. The architecture of the building is beautiful and it was very well furnished with anything you need. There are multiple rooms and the apartment is very spacious for a Parisian flat. It's close to the metro stops and right off Champs Elysees. We easily navigated the city with the help of the guides and maps that were provided by the owner and had a wonderful stay.
