About the property

Private 3bd Villa In The Heart Of Pelican Key

Villa Ayanna is centrally located on the hillside of Pelican Key. Surrounded by other family owned villas it is walled and gated for privacy. The villa affords 180 degree views of the turquoise Caribbean sea from the private pool deck. The view is stunning - sailboats, cruise ships, private mega yachts and of course beautiful sunsets.

The open architecture of the villa allows for private space when traveling with a large family or multiple couples. There are three oversize bedrooms with two king beds and one queen with en-suite bathrooms. A large kitchen, dining room and two living room areas complete the villa. For your convenience, a full size washer and dryer. A large outdoor dining area faces the Caribbean sea. Housekeeping service is included.

Beautiful pristine sandy beaches are within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, a casino and the nightlife of Simpson Bay are only minutes away.

Enjoy free internet, cable TV and an island cell phone (minutes available for purchase)

Stunning and a Must Rental

  • 5 of 5

This property is set up on the hill in a wonderful location in the heart of activities. It has an unobstructed view of Simpson Bay the amazing sunsets. The pool is beautiful and a nice size. The house is stunning and decorated to perfection. Cathy and Andy are wonderful to work with and made the trip very easy. The house has all the amenities needed in the kitchen and baths. Our trip consisted of 3 couples and there was plenty of room and a great floor plan to hang together or to find a quiet space to read. Would recommend renting a car to get around. I would rent this house again in a second.

An Absolute Winner...all the way around!

  • 5 of 5

We will be back! Andy and Cathy were fantastic, professional and responsive from the time of our initial inquiry to their visit the day we left! The home is a gem and better in person than in pictures...especially with the cool ocean breezes blowing through. We toured much of the island and think the Simpson Bay area is a perfect location; the house sits atop a private and quiet hillside, yet has easy access to everything. With unexpected nice touches throughout, our stay at Villa Ayanna was a perfect three generation Christmas present for all :) Book now...unless it is for the dates we want to return!!!

Villa Ayanna - A Wonderful 7 Days

  • 5 of 5

Villa Ayanna is a beautiful residence, well appointed, wonderfully decorated, and comfortably laid out with all the amenities you could wish for. There is no need to pack heavily...just the essentials and allow the Villa to carry you through your time in St Maarten. There is a beautiful view of the ocean, and you have the security of a nice area where bars do not permeated the windows. You will need a car, but our rental from Hertz for the week was USD141.00. We chose to spend a lot of time in the Villa, however, we ate out most evenings, and the convenience to do so was a no brainer. Recommend that you hit the Grand Marche Super Market up the hill at the corner of Brouwer Road and Bush Road. It will have everything you need at affordable prices.

Anything else you need, want, or can think of you can just ask Andy...it's like Ask Jeeves, but St Maarten style (Andy is the caretaker). Not sure that visiting the French side, other than the beaches, is worth much effort. The French side used to be more in vogue, but the Dutch side seems to have gained to upper hand in recent years.

Best Celebration

  • 5 of 5

We rented the Villa for my son's graduation from AUC. The amenities and accommodations were wonderful. They had everything we needed to make outstanding meals and the perfect place to watch the sunset. The open layout, the bedrooms and kitchen are beautiful. Only complaint is that the housekeeper didn't show up on several days that were scheduled. I would recommend the Villa to everyone.

Absolutely Breath Taking!!!!

  • 5 of 5

My girlfriends and I have recently stayed at Villa Ayanna for my friend's bachelorette party and I will say from the moment I walk through the door I was speechless. The layout is very open and is much bigger in person than in the photos. The bedrooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable to sleep in. The villa was stocked with everything you would need. The market wasn't far at all and they have a nice little souvenir shop next door to it. The view outside on the patio was awesome for all you photographers. The housekeeper was very nice to us & even asked if we wanted our laundry washed. I loved the fact that the property is gated, has a security system and is very closed to Simpson Bay, but far enough to get some peace and quiet. Andy was amazing through the whole process from booking our stay, to answering any questions we had before arriving, to recommendations on where to go for the daytime and night time restaurants and activities on whichever night we wanted. I highly recommend staying here if you choose to visit. I will gladly be coming back again.
