I have been in real estate sales since 1977.I also do extra work in movies and TV.I used to work for Princess Cruises on their ships in the gift shop, so I have traveled a great deal.I grew up near New York City, went to college in San Francisco and have lived in Los Angeles since 1988.

I bought this property because of the great location ! It is a beautiful street in a very upscale Westwood neighborhood.Alot screen of writers live on this street. Neal Simon used to have his writing studio on Devon Ave.It is walking distance to UCLA, Beverly Hills and Century City, as well as, good bus transportation.
The building has charm and character, as well as, lovely outdoor areas for sun bathing, reading, or entertaining.
That apartment was very nice and had everything we needed. Great location and perfect for visiting our son at UCLA.
My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Lovely place, and Cynthia was a great host. Only surprise was to find out it was on the second floor. What fun dragging our luggage up the stepstairs. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Shabby chic apartment. Very comfortable for two people. Very conveniently located--minutes from everything by car.
Cynthia was very helpful and sweet. The apartment had everything in it--from toilet paper to coffee.
My husband and I stayed at Cynthia's lovely apartment for a week while he attended a conference and we visited with friends. This was one of the best appointed and stocked vacation rentals I have ever experienced. Everything we needed was supplied, from extra toilet paper and towels to basic cooking supplies and laundry detergent. Having a garage plus a parking tag for the street was a huge bonus. We will book again as soon as we have the dates for next year's conference!
