Downtown of this small town like suburb of Los Angeles is just a few blocks walk, bus stops nearby and about 30 min drive to anywhere you would want to see or shop in Southern California. Bicycle paths, surfing and plenty of great restaurants a few minutes away. Walks on the local piers, whale watching and fishing also available in nearby areas. Dining and fashion shopping about 5 min. away at El Segundo Plaza, The Point and Manhattan Village mall. Many parks nearby including the 18 acre El Segundo Recreation Park.

Located in the sophisticated, yet relaxed atmosphere that is distinctively Southern California casual, this cute little coastal destination offers just what you need when you visiting Los Angeles or anywhere in the southern part of the Golden State.

The place is newly furnished separated back house with no shared walls in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is equipped for a comfortable stay including air conditioning, satellite TV and internet access. There are 2 single, 1 queen, one futon bed and plenty of closet & drawer space. Easy street parking and buses a block away. Booking available for vacations, family visits or airport turn arounds.

Good location and Great Owner...

This is a cozy little apartment with all the necessities and amenities one would need including a full kitchen, refrigerator, washer, dryer, etc. The location was also super for me as it was in a quiet residential area. You can’t beat staying in El Segundo. I was 4 miles from Manhattan Beach. I did not have a rented car and used UBER & LYFT wherever I went. It actually worked out cheaper than renting a car. A trip to Manhattan Beach for example was a mere $10.00 and I am talking round trip. ($5.00 each way) The movie theatres are close by and there were many food delivery options available on Grubhub, Yelp or Eat24 when I didn’t want to make my own meal. But what made this place SUPER SPECIAL was the owner Bob. He was SUPER. I have never met anyone in all my travel rentals, who was so attentive. By the end of my trip Bob and I were buddies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Great stay, had everything we needed!

We had a four person stay at the guest house and really enjoyed it. The kitchen was well stocked, bathroom had plenty of towels and supplies, and the washer/dryer were a nice bonus. It’s a great space with easy access. Would easily stay there again!

Bright, lots of space, cute kitchen

Clean, bright and comfortable place with washer & dryer which was helpful. Perfect location in a small town a mile from the ocean; this “Home Away” was ideal for the two of us with everything we needed included (the owners thought of everything!). We will certainly be staying here again in the comfortable queen-sized bed and thank Bob for checking in on us during our stay!
