Huge Master Bedroom with sitting area and en-suite bath including deep Jacuzzi tub and large tiled walk in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms. Both guest bedrooms have queen sized beds and the master bedroom has a king sized bed. All rooms have separate access to either covered porches or outside decks. Two separate living areas as well as formal dining, a breakfast nook and a bar height counter with stools. Kitchen features new appliances a large island and a butlers pantry. Large covered front porch with ceiling fans as well as a very private back yard with several decks, a pergola and a gas grill. Mexican ceramic tiled floors, air conditioning, flat screen HDTV's, high speed internet access with wifi and the requisite white picket fence complete this beautiful beach home.
The location of this home is outstanding. In addition to being very close to the beach we are also only a few blocks from the quaint historic area on Flagler Avenue where you will find restaurants, shops, bars, automobile beach access and many festivals. Since we are located across the causeway you will only have a few blocks to go in the opposite direction for the Intra-Costal waterway as well as the Public grocery store, banks and other fine restaurants. We are literally right in the middle of everything that makes New Smyrna Beach a great place to visit.
You will love our fine sand on the 13 miles of sandy beach which is great for biking, swimming, sun bathing and surfing. We enjoy the nearby Ponce-de-Leon Inlet by visiting Dunes Park with your furry friends and enjoy 73 acres of pristine walking areas all around the point. Make sure and try the best key lime pie at Ocean's Seafood or just sit outside under the umbrella at a sidewalk café. New Smyrna Beach was named as one of the top cities around in the Arts.
Whatever you decide to do you will enjoy yourselves even more knowing that when your day is over you will be returning to a very nice, and extremely convenient, comfortable private home to help you relax and soak in the pleasure of the day.

Only a minutes walk from public beach access and close to everything else on 'beachside' yet just far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings at home.
We loved our 2 month stay in this home. The home is beautifully decorated, comfortable and very clean. We loved the location, so close to the beach, Flagler Ave., and golf courses. We wish we could have stayed longer. In fact, if you ever decide to sell, please let us know. We really appreciate how kind and accomodating you were and hope to see you up in NC some time . This house has everything you need, and a wonderful vibe. It is decorated elegantly, with a splash of magic and whimsy as well. You can walk to anything you need, and can almost see the ocean from the driveway (the walk to the beach is so easy). It's very clean and good for large families and pets, or for a getaway with your friends. Thankful to this home and will always remember it.
This was our second week-long stay at this lovely home and we could not have been happier. As the description indicates, it is steps - about 1/2 block (albeit a big block) from the walkover to the beach. Flagler Avenue and shops are a bit of a walk in the summer heat, but easily doable by bike and well worth the effort! The house was spotless and had all the luxuries of a nice hotel (i.e. comfortable beds, plush towels, professional "beach decor", etc...) The backyard is well shaded and allowed for great bar-b-que dinners. (Grill and propane included.) All the accoutrements of home and more! Owner was very pleasant. We cannot wait to stay again!
We loved the house. It was nice to have so much room for our family. It was clean, nicely furnished and had a very "beachy" vibe. We took advantage of the short walk to the beach many times. The location is great with many restaurants and stores close by.
We found this property and home to be just lovely. Furnishings were beautiful, and there was more room than four people could use, but we had fun trying! The back patio is lush, but we also enjoyed the large front porch and second floor deck. Understandable why adults/seniors only are preferred, the art on easels wouldn't last long with little ones. Given that, we did think the master shower should have a grab bar and/or bench of some sort, better for real seniors. Mr. Kerner was great to deal with; this house was a great find to make some memories in.
This house absolutely exceeded all our expectations! Absolutely beautiful accommodations and plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 dogs. Will definitely be back again!
