Located At End Of Cul De Sac, Very Quiet, Short Walk To Gulf Of Mexico.

Waterfront with views of sunrise and sunsets. The entire structure has been elevated, so now stairs to first level living area. . It has two large bedrooms upstairs with private baths with jetted tubs and deck access. Enjoy the best of both worlds with boating activities or walk to gulf for seashelling and listening to the surf on the crystal white sand and blue green waters.

This 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath unit of 1350 square feet offers access to your own sandy beach and a dock to fish, watch dolphin or tie up your boat. Both bedrooms have private deck. I have been making a lot of improvements, new linens, black out drapes in bedrooms, curved shower rods and new shower curtains, repaint bedrooms and re stain all the beautiful cypress trim and natural wood doors and wood floors. Added new king bed headboards and a lazy boy type recliner in master bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished. No guests have asked for any additional items and if something is lacking I will johnny on the spot get it for you. I have placed new deck furniture all 4 deck areas, added a concrete pad for auto parking in shade or use to party on as now well light with flood lights and party lights and now seating at two tables to seat 8 people while you cook on grill. A charcoal grill is also available and a firepit to do your smores on. New cushions for lounge chairs and plenty of lawn chairs. There is a canopy type cover you may take and set up on the beach here or over at the Gulf of Mexico white sand beach. ( there is an ordinance may not leave overnight at Gulf). I offer a canoe (old) and available for rent two paddle boards. All exterior has been repainted. The property is entirely fenced in for your privacy and letting fido and children roam. You have your own entry gate, driveway and private parking area. Even two parking spots for guests, off street. Some new landscaping is underway. Come and enjoy your vacation. We are very attentive to making your vacation the best and a big bang for the dollar. If you can find a less costly place that is comparable to Casa In Paradise, I will entertain matching the rental rate. Thank you and hope to see you.

A wonderful family getaway.

The home's location on the bay is perfect for fishing, kayaking and relaxing. There was an issue when we first arrived, but the host Vern was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Owner's Response: The issue Deborah speaks to was a caused by a substitute housekeeper maid when I was out of town. I have found a new professional housekeeper! I apology for the initial problems and grateful for the opportunity to "make things right" for my guests, to meet all the guests expectations and give great value! Come play and stay. I will be posting new reduced rates for autumn and fall getaways. September, October and November are some of Pensacola beaches most beautiful days with sometimes the beach entirely to yourself. Cheers!

We stayed with Vern for five weeks and we had the perfect winter vacation at his home.

Because we have a long stay away from home, we appreciate the fully stocked kitchen with all the small appliances I have at home, nice selection of cookware, china and glasses. The house is comfortable, and there is plenty of room to spread out. The yard is lovely and completely fenced in which was wonderful for our beagle! An extra perk was Vern's dog Lucy. If you like you can open a gate to Vern's yard and the dogs ran and played together. The house is right on the water and there is a pier for kayaking and boating! We have stayed in Pensacola Beach six times and this is by far our favorite place to relax and enjoy the area. Vern and his wife were great and made us feel welcome. They were gracious and made sure we were comfortable.

Location. location!

We loved the location here on the sound and 2 blocks from the beach! We had a balcony room with a king bed but

better pillows ( and extras) would have added to the comfort. The sliding screen doors were off track and we were afraid

to force them and we loved the sound of the water sitting on the balcony. Just a few more chairs in the living room would have been

nice too for socializing. The kitchen had everything for meal preparation but we ate out most of the time. Vern gave us some good suggestions for eating out too. Quiet neighborhood and great walking/biking sidewalk all the way to beaches and shops ( alittle over a mile away). We had lots of privacy but Vern was accommodating if we needed help!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your stay. The retractable screen on the master bedroom sliding glass door has been repaired. ( the beach really is rare to even have nats). I agree about the number of seats in living. I now have a very nice wicker sette on the living room deck, which may be brought inside, besides the 8 table chairs. I have made several improvements, including all new linens. Maybe see new pictures on web site.TX

Clean, Quiet , very accommodating.....

We stay 8 nights and had the best time ever. My husband and i took the first part for ourselves & then the children and grand kid came down and it was roomy and most of all we loved that we could watch the sunrise and sunset from the back deck .....we saw dolphins , shark ..star fish ...also very closed to Santa Rosa inland. One of our favorite places in the world. .....but most of all they are pet friendly and we coyld bring our whole family ...even our grand dog .....i would give it 5 stars and will be back soon ......

Wonderful place!!

We enjoyed every corner of this place , the water was great and the temperature was too. We took a jet ski and kayaks and had the time of our life. The owner was extremely generous and very attentive. We hope to be back next year. Recommended for all ages.
