Excellent location, lovely apartment

We loved this apartment. I've been to Arenal d'en Castell many times, and this holiday stood out due to the location of the apartment. So nice to hear the sea so clearly while falling asleep. The beach is perfect for children. The apartment is so close to the beach, to many excellent restaurants and supermarkets. Also, there are pools nearby if needed (Miramar snack bar for example). Jose was always quick to deal with any queries we had.

Brilliant location

The property was clean and well presented, very comfortable and one of the best holidays we have had so far. Very peaceful. The location of the property is fantastic, with local shops and great restaurants nearby. We hired a car but you do not really need one as there is a good bus service.

The beach is beautiful and safe for children, there is a lovely boardwalk along the beach and it's a real pleasure to walk along at nighttime.

We would definitely recommend this holiday home to anyone and we will come back. The sound of the sea is just lovely to listen too at night. Jose the owner kept in touch and was very helpful.

Perfect location!

We had a very good week in Menorca. Villa's location is superb! You are on the lovely sandy beach just after taking a few steps down.

There are plenty of restaurant to choose from and all of them have a good service and high quality food. There are few supermarkets and you can take a bus to other locations.

The villa was very clean but need a few minor improvements. Washing mashing was not working, but it's not a problem in hot weather.

Overall we are very pleased with our choice.

As we told you the family just before your stance broke a piece of the door –this is the reason for us to be in the need of having to ask for a little fee until the house is checked at the leaving-, and we tried to fix it before your entrance, but it was imposible as we are in an island and sometimes waiting a few days is necessary to mending a machine. In the other hand, we have bought a new washing machine so when you come back next year, you will have this improvement. Thanks again for coming from Ucrania to our home.

bel appartement - ile magnifique - séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans ce magnifique appartement qui offre un merveilleux accès direct à la plage. Quel bonheur de déjeuner face à la mer ou de lire un livre en étant bercé par le bruit des vagues. L'appartement est propre, spacieux et confortable. José est facilement joignable si nécessaire. Minorque est une belle destination: les personnes rencontrées nous ont fait un très bon accueil et nous nous sommes baignés presque tous les jours sur cette seconde quinzaine du mois d'octobre. Un rêve! Un grand merci à José pour sa gentillesse. Ce sera avec plaisir que nous retournerons dans cet appartement

Abbiamo soggiornato in 7 persone (di cui 3 bambini) per 10 giorni nel mese di agosto.

La posizione della casa, direttamente sulla spiaggia di Arenal, è spettacolare e comodissima!

La casa è spaziosa, confortevole e funzionale. Ci sono 2 bagni, 2 camere da letto ed una cucina / soggiorno con divano-letto.

Inoltre c'è un balcone vista mare dove si può comodamente fare colazione, pranzo o cena.

José, il proprietario, è una persona gentile e molto disponibile.

Arenal d'en Castell è un posto molto tranquillo. Consiglio di noleggiare una macchina per visitare le città e le altre spiagge dell'isola.

Ritorneremo sicuramente in questa fantastica location!

Sitio espectacular, Casa a estrenar

Estuvimos toda la familia, 7 personas, durante tres semanas en abril, aprovechando los buenísimos precios de temporada baja, además de un precio especial que nos hicieron por las tres semanas. La casa con todo lo necesario para disfrutar las vacaciones en familia. La playa a 0 m espectacular. La urbanización con todos los servicios necesarios. El trato de los propietarios muy atento, al máximo para facilitarnos la estancia. Volveremos sin duda.

Arenal d'en Castell is by road, 20 km from Mahon, with its large port and international airport. The complex has complete facilities and numerous parks and sports areas. Likewise has bus services, taxis, bars, pubs, restaurants, pharmacy, medical center, bank, car rental, etc.

This bay is the ideal place to spend a few days with family or spend a long vacation practicing their favorite sport site: golf, sailing, water skiing, diving, windsurfing, etc. The Club de Golf Son Parc is only 10 minutes drive away and the marina of Port Addaya about 5 minutes.

Excepto en larga estancia, incluye limpieza previa y cambio de ropa de cama y toallas.
