About the property

2 Bedroom, 2 Bath On Crescent Beach. Spectacular Views!

Our Sea Winds 15th floor beachfront Condo is located on the southern end of the beautiful white-sand crescent beach of Marco Island. From our oversized balcony, you can enjoy watching dolphins, pelicans and our beautiful sunsets.

The 21 ft. balcony has a table with 4 chairs and 2 recliners to enjoy the spectacular ocean views.

This two bedroom/two bath condo can sleep six. The master bedroom opens to the balcony and has it's own private bath, while the 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and private full bath as well. The main sitting room has a queen sofa sleeper to accommodate two more guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. There is a washer/dryer for your convenience.

We offer a tv in each bedroom and brand new flat screen with blu-ray player in main sitting room. We have also provided free cable and Wi-Fi!

For your time on the beach we include beach chairs, towels and coolers.

A heated communal pool and hot tub are at your disposal along with tennis courts.

We have tried to think of everything so you can enjoy your time on Marco.

This is a pet free, non smoking unit.

Activities include: Shelling, kayaking, jetskiing, windsurfing, parasailing and golfing. Tours of the island via trolley or rent bikes/scooters and go exploring! There are sunset cruises and fishing charters. You can even rent a boat to explore the backwaters and try fishing on your own. Then take your catch to a local restaurant where they will cook it for you! Eco Tours of Everglades are only 20 min away. Day trip to Key West from Rose Marina. Our restaurants are second to none and offer every type of cuisine. Shopping is a must on Marco and in Naples. All these amenities are spelled out for your convenience in our property guide provided at the condo.

About Susan Seagrist

We purchased our condo after vacationing on Marco for over 20 years with our triplet sons. We currently live in Wisconsin and know how great it is to get away during the cold winter months to a warmer climate. We have so many wonderful memories with our family and want to share this island with you helping you build your own memories. We hope we have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and care free.

We so enjoyed our stay in 1505. The condo was beautiful, very clean, and the furnishings were so well done. You could tell that a lot of thought went into making guests feel comfortable. Marco Island is such a paradise and the condo just made our experience perfect.

Awesome view!

We visited Marco Island for the first time in April and absolutely fell in love! The restaurants, while a bit pricey, were very good and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for - relaxing. The condo was fabulous and provided the most spectacular view of the beach and sunset! It was a bit smaller than it looked in pictures, but for a family of 4 who spent most of our time at the beach or pool, it was fine. The unit is well equipped so if you want to cook, etc there is no issue. The washer and dryer in the unit is super convenient, and you do not need to pack a thing other than your bathing suit for the beach as there are plenty of chairs (we did find one that was broken), towels and umbrellas. There are even sand toys for the little ones.

The location of the condo was also perfect for us as it is away from a lot of the hustle and bustle of the island (not that there was a lot), so it was quiet, but also very convenient and close to restaurants and stores. There was never an issue getting a chair at the pool or finding a spot on the beach, and other tenants of the building were super friendly. Security is also very good as you cannot enter or exit the property without a key.

We will definitely be coming back to Marco, and will look to stay in this condo again!

It’s Marco Island!! Those words alone are worth 5 stars!

Positives: Marco Island

Condo location with regards to the beach, restaurants, shopping, area attractions.

Layout of condo itself is nice. Plenty of room for us 2 and probably 2 more adults/kids. Think it would be a little tight if more than that.

Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of beach equipment/towels available.

Beautiful beach and gulf view from deck!

Cons: The master bedroom bed is horrible! Mattress is old and placing a 3 inch foam pad on it doesn’t help that, just makes you sink in and not be able to shift around. We ended up taking foam pad off to get a little comfort. Any movement on bed makes the headboard creak. Wonder what the next condos occupants were thinking with that noise!! Please replace mattress.

All linens need replaced. Towels and sheets are yellowed and some are stained.

Microwave is dorm size. Couldn’t put coffee cups in if needed warmed.

May be time to update sofa.

Overall we love this condo and location. We’ve been here twice. Owners may need new house cleaners—-walls, doors, fridge, oven, and deck need a good cleaning. When we were there a year ago only one elevator worked. This time only one worked and they stated it was from hurricane. We totally understand some things are still in need of repair but also heard from other people that they weren’t going to fix for a long time bc too expensive. Hope that’s not true, frustrating. Would we return?? Definitely but we hope some things will improve, especially for the fees charged. Nice condo but needs some TLC. Thanks to owners for letting us enjoy our time off.

Owner's Response: Thanks for your review. I take pride in supplying clean, fresh towels and linens I just replaced the queen bed sheets in December and the twin beds sheets in August. I will look into this to make sure the cleaning crew didn't wash and return the wrong sheets to our condo. I appreciate the heads up. I also bought all new towels, replaced 3 beach chairs and one of the umbrellas because they were a bit rusty, not broken. We take your constructive criticisms under advisement and always try to make your stay enjoyable.

A Perfect Little Get-Away!

A week on Marco Island in this little gem of a condo is never enough time. Almost every day ended with watching the sunset and its ever changing colors from the balcony.

Susan's condo was impeccably furnished and clean with more than ample beach chairs and supplies.

There were a few issues on the first day to resolve but this was mainly due to Irma passing through and the condo not being fully opened back up. The management company (Marco Island Vacation Properties) was extremely responsive and helpful.

I would highly recommend Susan's condo and hope to stay here again in the future.
