This quaint and beautiful condo is located in the heart of Isla Verde. Only 5 minutes from the airport, on the best beach in San Juan and arguably one of the best beaches in Puerto Rico.

The Racquet Club Condominium is a safe, 24-Hour doorman building literally 5 STEPS to the beach. You cannot get any closer. The building is clean and has spectacular ocean views. My condo is on the 14th Floor, with a full oven if you like to cook!

There are floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which provide an open feel as you gaze on the beautiful crescent portion of Isla Verde beach. Sit down and have your cup of morning coffee admiring the aqua green and cerulean blue sea. I guarantee you... the view is breathtaking! You will be delighted when you experience the incredible ocean breeze and ample sunlight.

The condo is only steps away from the Isla Verde strip, where you can walk to everything, from the Royal Sonesta Hotel (formerly the Inter-Continental), Ruth's Chris, to the "soho chic" rooftop restaurant and bar at the Water & Beach Club Hotel a few doors down. CVS is at the corner, or if you prefer, you have Walgreen’s, delis, restaurants, Pueblo supermarket, and a number of fast-food restaurants from which you can choose. The El San Juan Hotel, a lobby possessing architectural beauty, an amazing chandelier at the bar, high-end restaurants, night clubs and the spectacular casino, awaits you only a few blocks away!

If you don’t feel like going out, there are 2 bars on the bottom of the building - check out Torres Place where the drinks are great and the seafood empanadas are delish! You are also bound to meet the locals, some New Yorkers or tourists from around the globe. By the end of the night, hopefully everyone will probably know your name!

In terms of transportation, you really don't need a car. Uber is cheap here! However, if you do want to rent a car, PARKING IS INCLUDED and is located on the corner at the CVS Parking lot. You can rent a car around the corner at Charlie's Car Rental or walk to the corner and take the local bus to Old San Juan, where you can take in some museums or visit the world famous El Morro. There are so many choices, but you won't be disappointed.

No matter what... you’ll be in the heart of Isla Verde and have a great time!

Lastly - guess what? You can actually get me, the owner on the phone! Novel idea speaking to a human right? My management company will take good care of you, but at least you know, you will always be able to reach me!

A gorgeous beach-front stay!

Wow! I traveled solo to Puerto Rico to meet some family for a week vacation. This was the perfect spot first because my sister had a penthouse in the same building, but also the location -- right on Playa Isla Verde, the views did NOT disappoint! Feeling the ocean breeze every day was the best part of the place, as well as the location close to shops and restaurants right on the beach. Jennifer was very helpful and communicative. She even goes above and beyond to ensure her guests have a parking spot -- though it's not at the condo building, she's reserved a spot across the street in a parking garage. Would come back again!

Great Location on Beach

Good extra amenities such as beach towels, cooler, and camp chairs (these are not comfortable on the beach, though, lol!). Great and easy access to the beach. Located within walking distance of multiple restaurants, CVS, etc. Disappointments would be no balcony (although we knew this in advance), sofa small and not overly comfortable, and the futon sit in front of TV is very cheap and too uncomfortable just to sit in. Swimming pool was disappointing as the surrounding aesthetics were just concrete and stucco walls, overhanging parking lot on one side. Owner Jennifer is a great communicator, checking in to ensure all was okay, and seems genuinely interested in fixing any issues immediately ( we had no issues).

Air conditioner noisy as hell

The two air conditioners in the place were LOUD!! We hardly slept. Couldn’t sleep with the windows open on account of car noises (honking or loud music). We encountered three roaches while there two in the kitchen ( we didn’t cook at all in the place) and one in the bathroom. Places was not that clean and sink in the bathroom kept over flowing, had to plunge most of the time. Barely enough towels.
