This holiday house is located in the center of the picturesque fishing village. The property is located in the old town, on a small square opposite the town hall. The house is renovated, well-furnished and all parts of the house are connected from inside. The ground floor consists of kitchen and bathroom, the first floor is a large room, with the concept of the staircase that passes through. The second floor consists of the living room, from which you can go to the gallery, attic and a small terrace with a unique view of the sea, marina and nearby islands. The house is located near the beach, restaurants and shops.

Charmantes istrisches Steinhaus mitten im historischen Zentrum

Dieses Ferienhaus hat wirklich einen besonderen Charme. Es erstreckt sich über 4 Etagen und vom oberen kleinen Balkon hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den schönen Hafen von Vrsar und das Meer. Das Haus ist sehr schön im Vintage Stil eingerichtet und hat Wohlfühlcharakter. Es ist offen gestaltet und sehr sauber, lediglich das Bad ist relativ klein. Die Lage an dem kleinen Platz im historischen Zentrum fanden wir besonders schön. Ein tolles Restaurant befindet sich direkt gegenüber und den Café am Morgen oder den Aperol Spritz am Abend kann man direkt in einer netten Bar unterhalb des Hauses genießen - auch hier mit bestem Blick auf den Hafen. Gut zu Fuß sollte man allerdings sein, denn schönen Ausblick gibt es natürlich nur von oben. Aber für uns war es mit 2 kleinen Kindern nie ein Problem. Zum Hafen und zum Strand runter (dort befindet sich auch der Parkplatz fürs Auto) sind es keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Ein- und Ausladen darf man jedoch auch bis vors Haus fahren. Empfangen wurden wir sehr freundlich von Mirjana und wenn es mal eine Frage gab, war sie sofort zur Stelle und hat uns geholfen. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert.
