About this property

Come and enjoy our quaint Cape Cod home with great views, beaches, dining and shopping - all within walking distance. Our home overlooks Lewis Bay, where you can enjoy watching the ferries heading out to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, colorful sailboats, windsurfers, and a variety of birds all from the back deck while grilling, sunning or playing yard games; or enjoy the views from a comfy chair inside the living room in front of large picture windows.

The location is second to none. Our quintessential Cape house abuts a marsh and is located in a quiet residential area that is surrounded by beaches, restaurants and shops just up the road - all within walking distance.

Choose your beach. .5 miles to Kalmus Beach, which is the public area beach. Keyes Memorial Beach and Veterans Park Beach are two other public beaches both within walking distance, 1 mile and .2 miles respectively. We are approximately 3 miles from Craigville Beach, another popular public beach in the area.

One mile up the road is Hyannis Harbor where you'll enjoy a variety of dining options, ice cream, entertainment and shopping. You can also catch a Ferry here to the Islands. (save the parking fee and walk).

Main Street Hyannis is only one and a half miles away where you'll enjoy even more shopping, fine dining and entertainment for all ages.

Newly renovated, this two-story home is1800 square feet and comfortably sleeps ten people. The home is air conditioned, with a gas grill, flat-screen TV, wireless Internet, outdoor shower, huge spacious back deck, large farm table, and a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and more.

If you do decide to request a booking, please tell us a little bit about your party and the purpose for your stay. We work hard keeping our home beautiful for our guest and this only works by knowing a little bit about our guest.

Please note: Peak season (June 29 - August 31) is a required 7-night minimum -
with Saturday check-in, check-out.

NOTE: You may see a break in the reviews between 2019 - 2023. During this time, we took the house off the rental market to update, renovate and enjoy some family time. We returned this fantastic little gem back to the rental market in 2023.

Perfect getaway

This house is perfect for a family getaway. 4 bedrooms / 3 baths is spacious, comfortable and in a great neighborhood. We enjoyed cooking meals and playing games throughout our stay. Property is in walking distance to beach. We made great memories here and would rent this property again.

Beautiful Spot

This place is fantastic. Was a great spot to unwind after a full day of sight seeing. We all took turns sitting in the 2 chairs in front of the big windows that look out over the marsh. It's such a cute place and well taken care of. We all wished the weather was warmer so we could have sat outside on the deck but loved watching the sideways rain from the big windows -lol. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your fantastic home.

A Perfect Fit For Our Family

We loved our long weekend at your house. Everyone in our family of nine was comfortable and relaxed. We enjoyed walking on the nearby beaches. The deck was perfect for soaking up the sun. We used the gas fire pit to warm us when the temperature dropped. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Family getaway weekend

Perfect house for all seasons. The weekend we visited it poured rain and was windy all weekend. We were so very happy that we selected this home for our visit. We watched the rain storm and the birds in the marsh from the huge picture windows. Loved watching the ferry heading out and back. So much to see - kept us entertained. The home had everything we needed— organized, clean and very comfortable.

St Patrick’s Day

We enjoyed our weekend stay at the Martin’s house. It is not only a beautiful home, but the location was central to everything we will be staying again in the future; hopefully, next time it will not be as cold as this past weekend was. Best part was being able to walk to the beach. I would recommend this house to anyone to stay at when they’re visiting the Cape.

While vacationing at the Cape in late 2012, we fell in love with this little gem and had to have it. It took a while to digest... "Did we just buy a house on the Cape".. ?? Yes! We did, and couldn't be happier! We invested many memorable hours transforming our purchase into our little slice of heaven. While we enjoy spending our time here with friends and family, we also have found great pleasure in renting our home. We have met many wonderful people, who we now consider friends : )

The location is unbeatable and we've been told "It's everything a Cape house should be." We had looked at many homes for sale on the Cape and It wasn't until we stepped into this adorable home that we knew we had to buy it - this was the home! We have so much pride in our home, which is something you will certainly see and feel during your stay!

When we stood in the living room and first saw the ocean out over the marsh, we knew this would be a beautiful place. We have enjoyed every minute here.
