Modern and bright new 2 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit condominium on the 4th floor. Great view of the Yukon river from all windows. Queen bed and a double Murphy bed will fit 3-4 people. One full bath with oval soaker, and other bath has 5' shower. There is an office as well with wireless internet. Kitchen is fully equipped. Private deck, elevator, cable tv, underground parking. No pets, no smoking please.
I am a realtor in Whitehorse, and am the listing agent for this condominium project. Whitehorse has been home for me for 26 years and I love it! I bought and furnished this suite as I think it is a great base for vacationers or guests coming into work for a week or two at a time.

If I was vacationing in Whitehorse, I would love to stay in a home that was new, bright, with all the amenities to keep me comfortable. This property is right downtown by the river and you can walk easily to grocery stores, main street shopping, restaurants if you don't want to cook, waterfront walking trail half block away.
If you like mountain and riverviews, you will enjoy your stay at this property. During New Years you have one of the best views of the fireworks from your deck and can watch the Yukon Quest dogteams pass by on the frozen river. The kitchen is a full kitchen and well equipped. Very comfortable beds, great linens and hairdryer in bathrooms, ironing board and iron. Unit is very quiet. There is underground parking, elevator. If you want the comforts of home, you will have it here.
Clean, bright and central apartment for Holidays. Restaurants and shopping nearby.

Very nice condo, quiet and close to restaurants and the downtown area, easy walking distance when it's not so cold. Fairly well equipped but could use more furniture, proper dressers in the bedrooms, hate living out of a suitcase, hooks in the bathrooms for robes and such and a couple of small end tables and lamps and coasters in the living room would have been appreciated but other than that all very good. The views of the river and surrounding mountains are lovely. Hope to come back again when the weather is better but were here for the Yukon Quest so to be expected in February. Just a few little tweaks and it's an ideal place to stay for your Whitehorse stay.
This excellent property is exactly as described, including a incredibly well fitted-out cook's kitchen. The host provided a warm welcome and was very responsive during our stay. The condo is close to Whitehorse's downtown core with ready access to the riverfront walk-ways that were clear and well maintained even in winter. One of the nicest touches we have ever received was the host putting up a Christmas tree for our stay; very suprising and such a lovely addition. We will stay there again and would highly recommend both the condo and the host.

We couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay than this immaculate and spacious condo. The location was wonderful - quiet, with a river view and close enough to walk everywhere in downtown Whitehorse. Marilyn greeted us warmly and offered us helpful advice for our visit. We'd definitely love to stay there again.
Great property to stay at while visiting Whitehorse, whether 2 couples or a family this is more convenient, better price and defiantly newer than any hotel accommodation in Whitehorse. Would recommend and would stay again!!
