About this property

This delightful garden studio apartment is centrally located in Smith's Parish overlooking Harrington Sound, in a quiet area very close to Flatt's Village and The Aquarium, Museum and Zoo.
The studio is 350sq.ft, fully fitted with all you will need for a relaxing vacation. The interior includes a queen size bed and combined living area, with flat screen cable TV and free WIFI, large closet and modern shower bath. All bed linens and towels are provided. The kitchen area is fully stocked with tea, coffee and basic condiments and we will be happy to shop for you before your arrival, upon request.
The apartment has reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Occasional use of shared laundry facilities is available upon request. There is a separate private entrance to the studio that includes a pergola-covered patio with table and chairs for al fresco dining. There are chaises to relax in the beautiful garden and it is only a short walk down to a private dock for swimming in Harrington Sound.
This studio is located just off Harrington Sound Road where there are convenient bus stops to take you to Hamilton (15mins) and St. George's (25mins). Flatt's Village is only a 5 minute walk where there are several restaurants, including Rustico and the AZU cafe at The Aquarium.

A Keeper

The property is as beautiful and clean as advertised. The Property Manager is extremely personable and friendly. He was available at all times, and bent over backwards to accommodate his guests. I highly recommend this property. This was our first time using an AirBnb and I am not inclined to look any further in the future.

A great choice !

This studio apartment is part of the owners Alan and Anita’s large property. It has a lovely spacious garden with tropical plants and trees with ample room for sunbathing. The apartment itself has everything you need for self catering. There are two good restaurants in Flatts Village within walking distance. Alan looks after the apartment and is an exceptionally helpful and generous host. On our arrival he had prepared a light supper and provided breakfast food for the next day. He then offered to take us to the supermarket and later even gave us a lift into Hamilton. Everyday he and his faithful dog, Jack were on hand if we needed anything. We can certainly highly recommend this getaway without any hesitation.

Bermuda's best deal!

I will keep it short and sweet ... Fabulous property fabulous views and fabulous people. Allan and Anita couldn't do enough to help us, they are very kind, friendly and approachable and a pleasure to know. We had a very peaceful stay the property is perfectly placed on the island being fairly central. Easy to get buses anywhere on the island. I would highly recommend a stay here it is such a good deal and a great place to relax. Last but not least is Jack .... He is a gorgeous little dog who loves nothing better than having his ball thrown for him he is a great little fellow ... Thank you Allan, Anita and Jack

Fantastic value for money apartment

Due to an illness I never wrote a review when we came home but feel I have to now. We stayed for a week in April 2014. I would highly recommend this value for money beautiful studio apartment. We were given the best welcome we have ever received to any holiday accommodation we have been to by Anita, Allen and Jack the dog. Waiting with a glass of wine and cold beer we were given a warm welcome after a long flight. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything you needed to enjoy your stay. Anita and Allen had thoughtfully provided a groceries pack to help us until we could get to the supermarket. Set in a beautiful garden overlooking Harrison Sound the apartment is near to the bus stops so that you can travel around the island. Anita and Allen were always on hand to help and give us information if we needed it, but also gave us the space and privacy we like. We spent many evenings sat on our patio, sharing a bottle of wine and giggling about our adventures. We always felt safe in the garden outside. I would highly recommend Anita and Allen's apartment to anyone. Even if I was given the choice of staying in one of the 5 star luxury resorts or Anita and Allen's apartment I would choose this place as Anita and Allen were genuine, helpful and truly seemed to enjoy the fact that you had come to stay with them. Great place to stay!

The studio apartment was just as described in listing description if not better. All facilities were provided, everything had been taken care of. Alan and Anita were very friendly and made us feel completely at home. The property was clean, modern and very comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights and will definitely return and stay for longer. The location of the apartment was very close to bus stops, restaurants and Aquarium/Zoo. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends.
