3rd bedroom = luxury pillow top King bed, built in robes, direct access to the verandah and garden,
4th bedroom = high quality king single bed, leather desk, built in robes and garden vista,
5th bedroom = high quality king single bed, built in robes and garden vista,
6th bedroom = bunk bed with two Sealy single size mattresses and garden vista.
There is a travel cot located in 3rd bedroom wardrobe.
All beds have luxury mattresses, quality linen, electric blankets, pillows, doonas, doona covers, mattress and pillow protectors
There are 2 bathrooms, both with bathtubs, and there is a separate toilet.
The new kitchen has Ceasarstone benchtops and Miele appliances including; dishwasher, microwave, gas cooktop, electric oven, fridge/freezer, Aldi coffee machine, milk frother, toaster, fully appointed with all crockery and utensils. The pantry is stocked with some key staples; e.g. cooking oil, spices, sauces, foil, glad wraps. Strick NSW hospitality laws prevent us providing anything but the basics.
The home is beautifully appointed with high quality furniture, the loungeroom has a enormous 65" digital TV, free to air digital TV and FAST unlimited internet (NBN 50) so you can access your Netflix, YouTube and Stan subscriptions! For the kids there is a separate 42" TV with DVD player downstairs (in kids rumpus room) with an excellent stock of DVD’s provided.
The temperature in the whole home is managed by a state of the art 8 zone of ducted air-conditioning system.
There is a also a slow combustion fireplace to keep you cosy in winter.
The mud room includes a Miele washing machine (front loader), dryer, iron & ironing board.
There is state of the art security; keyless entry (entry code will be sent via SMS), monitored surveillance, security lighting, automatic driveway lighting, window locks and hard wired smoke detectors.
All lighting is dimmable LED throughout the home.
Outside there is a enormous sunny deck with outdoor dining setting for 8 people and a 5 burner BBQ that is plumbed into natural gas so you never run out of gas and never have to change gas bottles!
There are multiple gardens to relax and enjoy the view, each with there own character. There is plenty of room for the kids explore, play games and the north garden includes a swing set. The gardens are managed by a professional horticulturalist being the ex head of gardens for Federal Parliament in Canberra.
There is ample parking in the circular white pebble driveway which has automatic lighting.
Kangaroos, king parrots, whip birds, bell birds, lyre birds and eagles are just some of the wildlife that frequent the garden that has literally thousands of bulbs in spring.
Smoking, pets and parties are NOT PERMTTED under any circumstances and breaches of these rules will impact your security deposit.
We can provide an on-site chef for dinners, lunches or breakfasts depending on availability and at least seven days notice is required. Prior bookings and full payment are mandatory. Rates are calculated by request.
